The tour was very good organized, specially if you have small children, they have a funny day with camels and the sandboard.
The tour guide Abdulah take in serious his task to make you happy and enjoy the day among the others.
I really recommend this tour agency.

It would be fun if you are seeking excitement driving fast on sand dunes, but I was expecting some bedouin like experience on camel back and campfire viewing red dunes and starry skies. Sadly none of that. Instead loud music, long waits without any information, staff themselves sitting back enjoying shisha while guests are all bored looking at their mobile phones. I was shocked to see staff throwing cigarette buds too littering. There were other issues I won’t mention but all in all, it was a huge disappointment and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a true desert experience.

Beshar was an amazing guide. He looked after us throughout the trip, explaining all the key sights and traditions. We rode motorbikes, visited a Bedouin farm with camels, goats and hens, did sandboarding, rode camels and had a great dinner in the camp (salad, chicken and rice). Before leaving, we looked at the stars in the middle of the night. I'd highly recommend it.

Excellent day from when Mohammed picked us up - took us to the Quad bike Venue , then out to the sands , where we have a fabulous few hours .
Somewhat 'Saudi time ' on the pick up but a memorable day

Bad experience with the tour. Terrible. Boring. Waste money. We just sit in the desert and nothing to do until we ask to have some activities.

Good trip but very bad organised. They arrived late to the meeting point I don't know why, we were 4 different reservation waiting total 6 people if I didn't call them we will be waiting all the day. But the worst was nobody in our tour speaks English, we were 9 people from different countries and only they spoke arabic so impossible understand or communicate anything. Anyway kind people and we enjoyed but really bad organisation...
