Overall great experience. Our guide Kristina took great care of us, made our trip memorable, shared knowledge about Latvia and the castles with us, made our journey comfortable. Only thing was contacting for tour rescheduling from afternoon to morning was vague, why put the options of travelling in afternoon in the first place if they were going to close late afternoon. Also the ticket always showed Hill of Crosses also which we neither booked nor intended to go.

A german tour was booked, but unfortunately not kept. We were disappointed. The driver was very nice.

Our host contacted you before regarding to wether booklets in German language would be fine and English speaking driver. Your confirmed. As we investigated the situation, you were happy with the tour, enjoyed Easter eggs, like complimentary, fresh home strawberries, Riga black balsam and local chocolates. Apart from that our driver did extra and not only was telling you the history behind Latvia and Baltic’s, suggesting you the best places to visit, sending you the complementary to our tour in Vilnis, what to see you and want to explore, but they also made you an extra tour tour Riga art nouveau district and orthodox church attending to Trinity celebration. Yeah, generously tipped the driver showing that you enjoyed the tour. Either this is an act of extreme hipocriticism, enjoying, smiling, and having fun and putting one star after, or we don’t understand your disappointment. In the description there is information that driver is English-speaking and booklets, as well as audio guides will be in your preferred language. So we highly suggest for you to read the description precisely and have a nice day..
