We spent several days requesting information from the provider to contact them, Viator gave us a phone we were writing to calling and no one answered us. On the day of the tour, 17 minutes after the time we had met, we got another number on the web and he told us that there had been a mistake and it would be in 20 min, I arrived in more than 30 minutes. In the meantime we wrote to Viator Support, who didn't reply until 4' hours later. The tour lasted slightly less than the set hours, but the quality of the Tour for the cost that involved, we felt cheated, the acropolis of cute left us down, told us very few things. He didn't offer us water. He was very friendly and tried to be nice, but that doesn't justify the money of this private tour. It was like a taxi driver who told a few things We felt a bit ripped off and helpless by Viator

Despite this last-minute change, our driver adapted and came to pick you up from there. Not only did we take you to all the sites listed in our tour description, but we also included additional stops, such as Antony Quinn Bay and St. Paul’s Bay for swimming. Regarding the tour duration, while you claim it was shorter, our driver—and in this case the owner of our office—dropped you off at 4:45 PM, not at your hotel, but at the café you specifically chose to visit in the city, which is 45 minutes later than the time stated in the tour description. George, your driver, is not simply a taxi driver. He is the owner of the travel agency for 41 consecutive years, with extensive experience and excellent command of the English language, representing major American travel agencies for many years. What is particularly striking, however, is that at the end of the tour, when you hugged George, you told him that after your day with him, your perspective of Rhodes had changed and that you would remember the memories from this trip. Regarding Lindos, vehicles cannot access the Acropolis, and this is standard information that should be known when booking such a tour. To have someone accompany you inside the Acropolis, you are required to hire an official licensed guide, which is separate from the tour.
