This was such a great trip. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff were extremely safety conscious which gave a feeling of confidence. The balloon ride itself was relaxing with lots to see. It gave a totally different experience of the desert. We saw camels roaming the dunes alongside wild donkeys. The pilot was very knowledgeable and turned the balloon so we all got to see different viewpoints. The landing was expertly handled. The breakfast which followed was delightful. There was even a special cake and flowers, as it was our wedding anniversary. A memorable experience not to be missed

Just be aware, if you’re wanting all the photos the crew members takes of you in their IPhone, be willing to pay an extra 149 AED on top off the prices you’ve already paid.

Efficient and luxury transfer. Competent staff, great pilot and magical experience. We saw a gorgeous sunset, camels and beautiful sand dunes. All finished with champagne and snacks

An early start but seeing the sun rise behind the hills was rather special. Saw some camels and incredibly managed to touch down where we started. NB The burners are loud and hot - a cap is well advised.
