LOperator was on time, pleasant to deal with, took us to Corals with lots of tropical fish, and we swam with several black tipped reef sharks. However, they were somewhat unorganized with the customers, equipment, and check-in. Also, the snorkeling masks were not in good shape, old, and leaked. Fins took a long time to fit all 10 onboard. Finally, they only had one vest for 10 people and that was old and in poor condition. Suggest you bring your own snorkeling equipment if you use this source.

Nous attendons les clients a l'entree de l'office du tourisme avec un panneau et vos noms , je le precise en vous envoyant un message. Pour le materiel je ne suis pas d'accord avec vous, les masques et tubas sont en tres bon etats , ils ont ete changé recement , si votre masque fuyait peut etre l'avez vous mal ajuste ou bien avez vous une moustache qui favorise l'entrée d'eau, , nous avions la taille des palmes que vous avez envoyé et cela n'a pas pris beaucoup de temps , Quand aux gillet nous en avons 15 a bord , seule 1 personne en a demande un Ne soyez pas de mauvaise foi Monsieur votre commentaire n'est pas du tout justifié Cordialement
