Totally delicious snacks and tastings, both savoury and sweet, topping it off with an excellent lunch, despite some spots being closed. Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable and wonderfully well mannered. Highly recommend.

Ilyas is a kind and very professional guide, knowledgeable, flexible. The tour started at our Riad, and we went to the Kasbah, the Andalous Gardens, then a short boat tour, before entering the Medina. All the stops were agreed, to try different typical food: sweet pastries with a coffee, some bread, olives, fruit. Walking by in the local market, we picked up our own vegetables, spices and meat, then headed to a cafè where we had it cooked for lunch. Just one note: we booked for 9am, as it was one of the options, but mind that all shops and activities will not be available before at least 10, so pick a better timing than ours!

Our tour guide Ilias was extremely kind and very flexible with us. We wanted you to try more of the street food so he stopped wherever we were interested and explained everything to us. He even stayed with us and walked our group to the meeting point where we needed to catch our tour bus.

Our guide was Illys and he was terrific. He came to our hotel and we took a small boat from Sale to Rabat. We walked through the casbah and Medina. Tasted mint tea, pastries, avocado& milk drink, a sweet pastry that is eaten with soup, beef tongue and beef from a cow(steamed) and lunch was couscous with chicken(it's Friday). He was so informative and a delight to be with. Really enjoyed our few hours together!

Ilyas is the perfect guide for touring a small part of Rabat. Very knowledgeable and the history and culture of Morocco. The food stops along the way were excellent. We hope Ilyas is a hot/guide on another adventure of ours. The food tasting experience is a great way to get a feel for the city and countryside.
