Everything about this trip was easy. The booking simple the arrival instructions easy. The collection was earlier than expected but not an issue. The use of the bikes easy and although not the warmest day it didn’t rain. The map and routes were good following trails sea birds seals etc. all in all a good way to see Saguenay.

Very nice people, the bikes were great, you almost didn't have to pedal. Very sturdy. We rode around on our own with a map. Its mostly views,we were done in 2 hours. Also the path is very safe, from cars, just congested with people at the start.

Pretty city even when raining

Although weather was cold and raining, we still wanted to ride. The operators obliged and we had a really good time exploring Saguenay using the app downloaded from the tour operator in advance. We did turn in a little early just because we decided we were cold and wet enough after 2+ hours. Really pretty port city, and excellent place for electric bikes!

Great bike rental steps from the cruise ship

Electric bike rentals just steps from the cruise ship. Two friendly gentlemen gave us our bikes, helmets, gloves and made sure we knew where we were going. One of them even checked up on us during the ride to make sure we didn't have any problems with the bikes and offered recommendations for a post ride beer.

Despite there being a big wind, we thoroughly enjoyed our ride around Saguenay. Bikes were excellent and we were even supplied with gloves! Great way to visit this town.

The bikes worked great, and the views of the fjord were incredible. This multiplied our enjoyment of visiting the city by 100! It was one of the highlights of our whole trip. Absolutely recommend. The only downside was that the company seemed a bit unprepared for the volume of people even though we had all registered beforehand). We had to wait in line for about 30 minutes, and there were no bike locks left. We got a late start because of this, but they added 15 minutes onto our rental time, so all good.

The bikes were fine and the bike paths were clearly marked. The app we downloaded was not very useful - it was hard to line up the audio with where we were on the path. Our check-in was rushed. The attendant wanted us to take a bike with a broken phone mount and didn’t want to adjust my seat.

Good morning Nowhere is it mentioned that bike rental is done with a guided tour in person. In addition, we send an email twice with instructions for downloading the application. sorry for you

Demanding bike tour

We had high hopes for this tour the two men and a woman who where in charge were lovely however my husbands electric bike had no electrics. He struggled on but at 84 years old it was a challenge. We didn’t make too much of a fuss about the ordeal. We were promised a refund for my husband but to date it has not come through. The views were great!

Hello, we do not have a broken seat. A broken saddle is visible at the start and if that was the case why didn't you come back and change your bike? Perhaps the seat mounting wrench was not tightened enough. You should have come back to the kiosk. Regarding the duration, of course you can tour the surrounding area in 2 hours but the aim is to give time to look at the viewpoints over the Fjord, to walk on the flats and observe the white geese and Canada goose etc... Sorry!

Great electric bikes in a town with nothing to do. You would have to take a bus into the main city area to see anything else. We rode on each side of the terminal and enjoyed all of the beautiful views.

The views and sites were amazing! Loved that we could learn more about the sites from the app. We were able to make the tour our own. The staff were great at explaining the bikes and it was a lot of fun.

Easy to locate the facility. The ebikes are in excellant condition. The bike trail itself is short, so be willing to ride roads if you are comfortable to see more of Sagurnay.
