It immerses visitor to authentic atmosphere of real Pune life. Streets, landmarks, temples, caves, snacks & drinks tasting - I'm still processing all the impressions and memories I've got in this well designed by packed with experiences tour!

Organisation, schedule was with some Problems with Short therm rescheduling, but the tour finally was very good, with a very friendly tour guide including test of some street food

Good architectures which are resembling to the one in Japan. Also so impressed the big Ganesha statue in the temple gold and silver one.

Agakhan Palace. It was wonderful learning about the life of Mahatma Gandhi. We also enjoyed walking through the old city and learning about the historical significance of some buildings.

I booked the tour on the Feb 12 2024. On March 1, I got this message:'Your booking, 1492390997 is paid and confirmed". The tour was for March 3rd at 9 am. At 9pm on March 2nd I got WhatsApp call saying the tour may not be possible but they were trying to find a guide. On March 3rd at 9:10, I got this WhatsApp message:
"Thank you for booking with us to Pune Half day city tour
We would like to inform you that our guides are not available today being Sunday we have multiple tours and booking came very late, if possible we can reschedule it to next date or allow us sometime we are looking for other guides schedule to see if we can accommodate this tour"
He claimed booking was 'late' 12th Feb was not 'late'. He must have seen the Indian name and decided he could bump me in favor of some European! If you are Portuguese, then you may be out of luck too - D'Souza, DCosta,Fernandes are considered to be Indian names.
So good luck with the tour if you happen to have booked it.

Koustubh is a nice and knowledgable tour guide and an excellent photographer. The tour was fun. I see many amazing sights and get to know a bit of the city and its history. He also showed me the way how to enjoy the local snacks like locals. Highly recommend.

These folks are crooks. I had a confirmed reservation which was charged in advance. They communicated on Whatsapp, which I don't normally use and set the chats to delete after 24 hours. They cancelled my trip but did not offer a refund, but instead offered a different date. I had other plans that day and could not modify my schedule. I requested a refund from the Viator app and was declined. Since they did not use the Viator app or my email to communicate that they cancelled, I assume they lied to Viator. I now need to dispute with my credit card. Such a hassle. I will spend more time getting a refund than the time of the tour.

Tour was refunded, me losing half a day was not. They need to show me how they will prevent the situation from happening again, before I will consider their company's services again.
Website said that there was availability. Paid and booked 2 days before trip, got confirmation. Was contacted night before, asking to shift the tour from 9am to 12pm. I confirmed. No contact after that. Received a call at 12.20pm, saying that they can't do the tour today but can on Monday. Monday didn't work for me, they apologized and refunded for the tour.

We were a group of 3 people with and without "India experience". We booked the city tour to see some of the sights of Pune. Our expectations were fully met. Our companion Sachin was the perfect guide. He gave us the historical background of each destination very well. We also appreciated the exchange with him on a wide range of topics. Sachin is a very pleasant and well-read conversationalist. He also introduced us to the street food of Pune, which we enjoyed very much.
All in all, we spent a very nice and informative afternoon. We can 100% recommend the tour with Sachin.

Can't give the Yo Tour a rating as they messaged me 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time to say they couldn't find a tour guide. Which was almost understandable as I booked the tour the previous day, but assumed that when my reservation was confirmed that meant everything was good. But you know what they say happens when you ass-u-me. So my complaint is more that should have informed me early enough to make a different plan. And, call me directly. Don't just passively message me via WhatsApp.

I picked the most expensive tour+guide+car tour I could find in order to get the best, however, the reality was poor. The guide came alone and called a cab. The cab was "ok" but not as should have been for the price I paid: small, a bit too worm... The "half day tour" ended up as a 3-hour tour. The guide is a very nice person, but if wasn't asked, preferred not to talk much. Some guides "have it" some just don't. This one should pick a different occupation. Sorry!
