    This tour is an absolute must-do! Don’t worry if there are no reviews yet—it’s a new experience that launched just four months ago. The two guides are incredibly passionate about coffee and deeply knowledgeable about the surrounding farms. The experience begins with an introduction to their coffee roastery and the history of coffee in the Galápagos. Next, you’ll meet a local farmer, known as the "king of lettuce," who shares his innovative techniques and daily challenges. Unlike other tours, this one lets you connect with locals and their inspiring projects. Walking through the coffee "jungle," you’ll learn every step of coffee production, from plant to cup, engaging all your senses. They’ll even teach you to use a V60 and guide you through tastings of various methods to process the beans. Be warned—the coffee is so good, you’ll want to take home bags for everyone! The highlight? Planting an endemic tree as part of their conservation project—your tree will grow with your name! Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or not, this tour is a wonderful way to support the local community, enjoy nature, and experience incredible flavors in a friendly atmosphere.
