Don't waste your money if you were looking for any wildlife plus it's less than 3hrs vs 4 advertised. Total disappointment conducted by well meaning amateurs with dirty equipment.

Good day.
The tour you were provided is advertised as a 3.5 hour tour. The tour was completed in 3.5 hours. Your refund request to Viator indicated you complete a 3.5 hour tour and was expecting a 4 hour tour. I can’t find anything online advertising or offering a 4 Hour Tour. The tour includes many stops and as a “UTV” tour you encounter dust and debris, especially after a rain event. You requested a refund and we immediately refunded your request. We are sorry your experience was not as you expected. Our guides are certified by the Turks and Caicos government for proper explanation of the islands history and landmarks. We appreciate your feedback.

The tour guides were very friendly and took our safety seriously during the tour. At each stop we got some very good information about the island and people. The off road part was great fun! The only criticism I would have was the meal, was expecting a full meal not appt. to share with my partner.

Leon We appreciate your review. The lunch at Mr. Groupers is a Sampler for two. Based on the price and size of the platter, the restaurant designed the meal to accommodate two adults. Our guests are always welcome to order anything else on the menu at their own preference and payment.

I really try and not leave negative reviews but in this case I am.
Good: There was only one other couple so that was nice. The UTV was in good shape, ran well and was clean. All good. The young man who gave the tour was very nice and did a very good job.
Mediocre: The tour is mostly on paved roads. I was expecting a bit more off-road, and the other couple said the exact same thing.
Bad: The organization was terrible. The young man who was giving the tour was the only one there. He did not have a list of who was coming and their payment status. He did not have any blank forms and had to white out old ones and make copies.
He asked me to pay even though the tour had already been paid for thru Viator. We were already over an hour late leaving so I just paid up. I found the email during the trip and showed it to him when we got back to the office, and he assured me that I would not be charged again. Well, guess what? I was charged, so I paid for the trip twice. I notified my credit card company and they have been trying to get back my money ever since.

Kelly - I want to apologize for the inconvenience. You are 100% correct, all Viator Bookings are pre-paid and you shouldn’t have been asked to pay at time of booking. There’s no excuse for not being prepared and was not aware of this issue with pre-tour guest preparation.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience and apologies for not providing the experience you expected. The Brewery Tour Excursion requires us to take paved roads because of its location.
I wish you would have emailed us after the tour, we could have refunded you before you left the island. If you already asked your credit card company to dispute the charges, I will agree with the dispute and you’ll be refunded.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

This tour is a must! The level of fun, the historical knowledge and background, and safety were ALL top notch! The tour guides (Mini and Parquay) were excellent. There were 8 of us ranging from 12 to mid 50s. I had an 18 year old (recently started driving) driving in T&C (which they drive on the opposite side). The made sure she/we were safe on the road the entire time. They provided plenty of water to make sure we were properly hydrated. They provided lunch at a local restaurant. And they shared thorough history of the islands. The guides even gave us an opportunity to crank up the speed off-road and get dusty!!!They are definitely the tour to use. If I could give better than 5 stars I would.

It was an amazing tour, got to see the entire island and learned great facts about the city. Our guide was kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Also driving the UTVs was a lot of fun too!
