We were lucky enough to see a variety of animals in Addo, as well as the giraffes and ostriches in the private game reserve. Alan, our certified guide/driver is excellent. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, and he knows the venues inside and out. Somehow he’s able to spot an animal way off in a field. We enjoyed the restaurant BBQ - more than enough food. Overall a full, satisfying day, definitely recommended.

The Addo Elephant Park with Giraffe Walk is a fantastic tour. We saw heaps of animals, walked with giraffes and had a delicious lunch. Riaan, our guide, made sure that the day went perfectly, and was an expert in spotting animals. We highly recommend this tour, and Zasendle is a great tour operator.

Our guide Alan was very professional and excellent guide for the whole day. We were driven around in a toyota hilux for 4 pax. for whole day. Great sightings in Addo elephant park, cape buffalo, springbock, warthogs, wildebeest, eland, hartebeest. Zebra, lots of elephants and special sighting of 2 huge male lions.
We had a plentiful lunch at the restaurant then proceeded to the giraffes where we were able to get out of vehicle and walk closer to the giraffes.

We had a wonderful day at the Addo Elephant Park and by the Giraffes.. It was way more that our expectations. Our guide Toni was amazing, we could not have a better guide than him. He was friendly and answered all our questions. He also gave us a lots information on all the animals that we
saw that day. I definitely recommend this activity at 110%.

This was a great shore excursion. Although the disembarkation from our ship was delayed, Zasendle Adventures waited for the 6 of us to join the group vehicle.
Riaan was our knowledgeable driver and host for the day and it was simply superb. We saw so many animals and elephants up close. Lunch was a lovely stop - so much food! And the giraffe walk afterwards was another fabulous experience. Highly recommend this excursion.

Absolutely fantastic day from the minute we were picked up from the port to the final last minute. Too many highlights but seeing the elephants up close along with the giraffes are memories we'll treasure forever. Excellent guide along with a fabulous lunch. Highly recommend this tour.

We booked this tour for our cruise stop. They were there at the pier waiting for us with signs and all our names listed in their paperwork. We met our driver, Tony and another couple. Tony was told to wait for another couple, who never showed up. So we were 4 people in the vehicle, this turned out to be fantastic. It was like a private tour. Tony was very knowledgeable regarding the animals and placed us in a great position to see elephants. Mid way we stopped to have lunch, that was provided, very nice. We then went looking for giraffes, not only did we see them we did a bush walk to see them. Got great pictures. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Very professional driver, and the company itself is very professional.

Prompt pickup, had vehicle entirely to ourselves.
Friendly and highly knowledgeable guide Tony.
Saw huge number of elephants and birds.
Good a la carte lunch stop.
Interesting to walk just a few meters from a towering giraffe.

Picked up on time at our hotel, An excellent small group tour. Guide Hendrick was very familiar with Addo and brings many years experience in where to find elephants within the park. The Giraffe walk enabled us to be out of vehicle to follow giraffes for excellent picture taking. We enjoyed our tour and would recommend this tour.

Our guide was excellent. He picked us up from the port and was with us all day long through the park, taking us to a private giraffe reserve in the afternoon and even cooking us lunch on a wood fire. He was very knowledgable about the park and all the animals and made sure we saw plenty of elephants, zebra etc. We couldn’t have had a better guide and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with this company (Zasendle) again.

Véhicule inadapté pour un safari, van avec peu de fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas....
Il est indiqué 6h dans le parc ado, nous avons fait à peine 3h dont 1h20 de safari et le reste en repas et boutique....
Le parc à girafes est une arnaque!! Il n' y a plus que 3 girafes que vous verrez avec bien du mal et même pas 30 minutes....
Le tarif est exorbitant par rapport à d'autres safari avec de vrai véhicule 4x4 et jeep....

You arrived 2 Hours late for your excursion, where we as the supplier/Guides had to wait for you.
You had no respect towards all the other guests on the shared safari.
We where prepared to extend the Safari until 18h00 but you wanted to be drop-off at 16h45.
We can not guarantee a excursion for 7 Hours if guests arrive late for the excursions.
You as a client booked a shared closed comfortable air-conditioned vehicle excursion, and this is what you got.
Because you where late we had to change the planned route just to accommodate you.
You had no feeling towards the other guests on safari and are very selfish.
All animals on Safari are WILD ANIMALS and not ZOO kept animals, they roam free.
You as a client are expecting WILD ANIMALS in a National Park on command to come to you for taking pictures. Unfortunately this does not happen.
