This is an excellent safari. Roger was incredible in how he knew the animals and their habits. He was very informative. What a wonderful experience. It was the highlight of my trip to South Africa.

Picked up at Port of Port Elizabeth at 13:30, went straight to Schotia. Ms. Babalwa, the driver was very nice, she even offer me wifi. Arrived there along with other cruise ship passenger and other tourist. I went together with a family of 3, coming from Dutch. Guided by Mr. Zane, he said he was once a teacher, the way he explains about the animals and slighlty input some jokes is amusing. I feel like I'm attending my favorite biology class once again at this age. We saw elephants, girrafes, secretary bird in distance, sable antelope, impala, hippopotamus, rhinoceros, crocodile, waterback, zebra, ostrich, wildebeest, and other small animals. As we saw the sunset, we also saw 2 out of 3 new rhinoceros releasing process into the wild. Not something happens everyday, indeed. Went back for dinner, first time eating ostrich meat and the traditional South Africa dessert, Malva Pudding! Went back to the starting point with a spice of night safari. Meet the lion again on the way back and it was laying down there, only looking at us within close proximity of 3 or 5 metres away. I'm very happy since lions are my favorite animal. Ms. Babalwa picked me up again and drop me in Port Elizabeth. Went back to ship before 22:00 with full heart and full tummy. Tips to the other tourist before you go, bring your own binoculars and enjoy the ride! Thank you Schotia!

I would give more stars if I could. A truly wonderful and memorable experience. We saw all the animals we hoped for and close up. It was, unfortunately, a rainy day, but our guide (Carl) looked after us as best as possible with thick, warm ponchos. We even saw a lion feeding from a giraffe carcass.

Our guide Danson was just great! Super friendly, much told and explained about Cape Town! He loves his city and the people! Lots of respect for nature and wildlife - always warm! We have seen much of the Cape Town area which is just beautiful! Unfortunately Table Mountain was closed but the possibility to redeem the ticket for 7 days is available. All top 👍 absolutely recommended!

Tolle Organisation und Kommunikation und ein wunderbares Reservat. Dank unseres Guides Nic (wenn möglich unbedingt Nic als Guide anfragen!) haben wir tatsächlich alle möglichen Tiere (Löwen, Elefanten, Giraffen, Nashörner, Nilpferde, Zebras, Gazelle u.v.m.) in kürzester Zeit und auf geringster Entfernung sehen können.
