    Absolutely LOVED it! Every part of the day was phenomenal! Tony, our guide, did an amazing job as well! Made sure we were comfortable and kept us informed on everything! We both would love to have him as our guide again if we ever come back!

    Our guide Tony was awesome; he located the animals and birds effortlessly. My pictures are amazing because he was able to position his truck for the perfect frame. Tony was eager to share his vast knowledge about the animals and the environment. At the end of the day we were sad to leave our new friend!

    This was the best shore excursion we have ever taken. Lots of animals in the National Park and walking with the giraffes was a once in a lifetime experience. Riaan is a knowledgeable and excellent guide.

    Enjoyed from start to finish, would recommend a private tour in an enclosed vehicle as with an open vehicle you’ll probably be too hot and burnt or wet.

    It was very impressive, we were able to see a lot of animals, thanks to our guide who knows very well. The Giraffe Walk was the crowning achievement. I would book the tour just like that again.♥️

    Sehr unflexibel. Obwohl bei der telefonischen Buchung angegeben wurde es müsse ein E-Scooter mitgenommen werden was angeblich da es sich um eine Privattour handelt und wir nur die Safari machen wollten ohne den Giraffen Walk kein Problem wäre und wir das auch per Email nochmals mitgeteilt hatten, wurden wir nicht mitgenommen und gaben dann vor Ort eine Privattour gebucht und es bei dem Veranstalter kein Problem war. Auf entsprechende Email darüber an Viator wurde nicht geantwortet

When you made the Booking Via Viator and stated that you require a electric wheelchair we immediately informed you that this excursion is not a wheelchair excursion and that you should cancel the booking. When making the excursion booking online, the Viator excursion explicitly stated that this is not a wheelchair excursion, but you just ignored the rules. WHY????? You ignored all our emails correspondence that was send to you. You where warned not once but twice that if you where to arrive in a electric wheelchair your excursion will be cancelled on the day and you will be liable still to pay the excursion fee. Below is the correspondence emails that where send you with no reply! Hi Marelis Welcome to Zasendle Adventures! Thank you for your Zasendle booking Br-1214310305 on 16 March 2025 for 2 adults on the Private Full-Day Addo Elephant Park & Giraffe Walk! We see your special requirements about the wheelchair. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS EXCURSION IS NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY!! You have to leave to leave the wheelchair on the Cruise Ship and be able to walk unassisted form the Cruise Ship as well as on the Giraffe Walk, which can be about up to 1 kilometre. THE ADVERD CLEARLY STATES THAT THIS EXCURSION IS NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY! Zasendle Adventures have many excursions that is wheelchair friendly, and we advise you to rather have a look at those excursions.     Genoten van de olifanten en giraffen

    We vonden de grote groep olifanten bij de waterbassins van Addo Elephant Park erg indrukwekkend. Helaas hebben we weinig grote dieren gezien (op de olifanten na dan). Misschien komt dat omdat het te warm was en de dieren zich terugtrokken in de schaduw. Bij de Giraffe Walk was het heerlijk om helemaal alleen in het park te zijn. Het park was namelijk dicht vanwege onderhoudswerkzaamheden, maar Riaan had de sleutels van de "achteringang".

    Der Ausflug war das Highlight der Reise. Ich kann den Anbieter nur empfehlen, alles hat gestimmt. Meine ganze Familie kam am Abend glücklich und zufrieden zum Kreuzfahrtschiff zurück.
