Russ is an awesome and knowledgeable guide and driver. There are so much packed in 3 hours. We got to get off the van to walk on those most beautiful sceneries and we totally enjoyed it.

Russ was a great tour guide. He talked the whole time about everywhere we went. He was friendly and did a great job driving the windy narrow steep roads. Climbing the steepest street was thrilling! Highly recommend him and the tour.

We were delayed getting to the dock by a thick fog. Russ informed me that he would wait for us and not to worry. Such a relief. The tour itself was outstanding. Russ is an absolute fountain of knowledge. He took us over the whole city. We walked around the college campus and were given the opportunity to walk on some of the amazing beaches we passed. He has a very comfortable van with air conditioning in the back. He even asked us if we wanted to see anything he hadn’t already covered before dropping us back at the ship. I recommend Russ without any reservations!!!

A great way to see Dunedin in a short space of time. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable. We were collected and returned to the terminal, right next to our cruise ship.

Guide was very informative. Pick-up was on time and very easy to find the group. Didn't find that Duneden was all that interesting after all the other places we visited in NZ. Guide dropped a couple downtown when they asked before heading back to the ship. But excellent guide. He knew his 'stuff'.

We felt very rushed, and we could not see out the windows, way too much time at the university, probably only 10 minutes looking at coastal views, we felt very rushed.
PS, you should name it university tour!

Our forst trip to Dunedin. We were picked up from the port terminal by Russ. Only 6 of us on the tour so it was nice to be away from the crowds. We got to experience the coastal and countryside views as well the city. A very good tour with an excellent a local guide.

Russ our guide was awesome, very informative, personal and friendly. We made a new friend for sure. He gave us lots of information and history about Dunedin. Despite the wet rainy weather we had a great time and it was so very nice of him not to cancel the tour since it was only my hubby and I. We had a fantastic tour and got loads of photos. YAY! Totally recommend.

Walking up Baldwin Street was a challenge and we loved it! The train station was neat to see and so was the beach. Knowledgeable driver at the beginning but had to swap drivers so the transition was a little bumpy but both were nice and informative

We pride ourselves on being able to continue tours should we have a problem during the day with minimal interruption to our customers experience. Hopefully this was the case on this occasion.

Eagan was amazing, that is why I gave you a 2. Otherwise it would be lower, the van windows were all fogged up and would not clear. A little tough for a sightseeing tour!

Exceptional tour. We only had 6 people. Historical information, city highlights, and more. So far, the best of all the tours we’ve taken while in New Zealand. The only suggested change would be a van with more window viewing capability. I would definitely suggest this tour.

Russ was a great host. We were the only ones on the tour, and he asked us what we had already done in the Dunedin area so he took us only to places and areas that we hadn’t been to. We got opportunities to see some of the more out-of-the way places since we had been on an Otago peninsula tour the day before. The weather was perfect and Russ provided great commentary and information. Highly recommended!

Nice views as we drove over the mountains from Port Chalmers to Dunedin. Most sites we found to be of little interest (e.g., the world's steepest street). The driver had trouble understanding questions from customers (and vice versa), so often the answers were perplexing but interesting.

Historic sights busted were lovely - the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I would have preferred less look-out stops (4 in total) and visits to other notable places e.g Botanic Gardens

We were unaware that van would pick us up at the dock and spent $20 on a shuttle into the city of Dunedin. We were picked up by the van in the city 1.5 hours after the tour began. Since we had no wifi onboard, we were unaware of this meeting place. Please send a reminder about tour with pickup spot 1 month and 2 weeks before trip.

This was a very interesting excursion. Our guide Russ was very helpfull explaining things and showing us around. We can recommend it and him very much. We were picked up and taken back on time in the terminal of our cruise-ship. Russ stopped may times and we had different beautiful views from the hill to the bay. Beach views were nice. The ride around town was ok, but windows on bus too small to see anything pointed out. Driver’s window is large.
