ATV ride is 35 minutes long, not 2 hours. The 2 hours is the total time for the transfer, agency check-in, and the ride. In addition, I had to just stop to take photos, as the guide never stopped to accommodate this. Finally, when we arrived back at the agency, the guide got off his ATV and walked away. I had no idea what to do or where to go, so I asked someone who then escorted me to an empty van, shut the door, and walked away...leaving me in a hot car with no driver and no open windows. Eventually, the driver reappeared with no explanation. Overall, very unprofessional.

Our pickup time was for 2pm. Company never showed up. We eventually found the number (with no help from viator) and called them. They said there was some issues with the Viator booking system and that we weren’t in the system. They still picked us up and tried their hardest to accommodate our excursion. The ATV was a blast but when we got to the zipline it started to rain and it was canceled. Had the company been on time we would have been able to go. The company refunded the zipline cost but it was an opportunity I will never get back. I don’t know who is to blame here, the company or Viator but I will say that this is the only and LAST time I will book through Viator. Terrible customer service

this by far was one of the best atv experiences i’ve had worldwide due to the challenging uphill track. what i loved most was that there was a group of beginners who were more focused on filing the whole journey, which slowed us all down. Fortunately, our guide allowed us to break into smaller groups, with those who were experienced and wanted to go faster, to go with him and the others to take things slower. With that said, I don’t recommend this for beginners, as it requires you to handle a lot of uphill turns, Super rocky terrain, and if you don’t come prepared with a mask and sunglasses, it will make this much difficult due to the dirt that flies in your face if you’re behind anyone.
I personally enjoyed it as this was not my first time on an atv, and i brought sunglasses and a gator mask for my face. But they do offer masks if you don’t bring one. I really loved this trip! I only wish it were longer. The reviews make it seem exhilarating going up and down hill, but I didn’t find this to be the case. The views are lovely, though.
