- Child tickets are 4-10 years old. Children under less than 100 cm. in height can see the show for FOC -free of charge, provided that they share a seat with a parent
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
- Infants tickets are 1-3 years old and must sit on laps.
- The Carnival Magic Phuket Park operates from 05.30 p.m. until 11.00 p.m. The restaurant and refreshment zone open at 05.30 p.m., and the show begins at 08.30 p.m.
- Recording during the show is not allowed, but photos can be taken outside the theater
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 200 travelers

The park was a fun experience. The games were definitely for kids, but adults could play them also. The parade, show and festival of lights were very nice. If you aren't interested in the all you can eat buffet there is a sit down restaurant option, or eat before and get there when the parade starts and stay for the show

There are a lot of steps up and down and a very circuitous route through the park each time they let you out of the buffet dinner or the show so you spend on the carnival attractions in addition to your dinner and show.

The show was beautifully done, the lights and colors were amazing. Buffet was a hit or miss. The deserts were, not how to describe, but almost tasteless. Like you know you’re eating little cakes but they had absolutely to taste to them. Over all I would do it again but would eat before hand.

Carnival Magic was something you have to see - there are no words to describe how good it was.
However need more time before dinner for carnival as felt rushed.
Also would arrange my own transfers as we had 2hrs cut from our time due to transfers and delays with driver

This was a fantastic evening and worth every penny. The food was varied with a choice for everyone. I would disagree with some of the previous comments saying it was full of children and not for adults. There was children there but the adults way out numbered the kids there. The show was fantastic.

Not for adults without children. We thought this excursion would be more like Carnivale in Rio. It was anything but...all kiddy rides and games and the buffet in a huge room filled with families...we left after less than a half hour.

Carnival magic is over the top and fantastic, the food was pretty good and everything was bright and colourful and fun for both adults and children. The show itself was beautiful and spectacular. My only issue was the transport. The driver was surly and arrived on time but told us to wait and then sat scrolling his phone for fifteen minutes before leaving. The pick up was not early enough to count for any traffic. We understood there would be some traffic but we were sat in the minibus for 2.5 hours! This was extreme. It wasn't the drivers fault but as traffic is always bad at this time in this area pick up should have been earlier. We missed nearly 2 hours of park time and it meant our evening felt very rushed and for the cost this was very disappointing.

Carnival Magic is a theme park (NO rollercoasters!) that can best be described as "Disney on Steroids".
It is a cross between Disney World/Disney Land; Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory; Barbie World; The Wizard of Oz; The Enchanted Forest; real-life Japanese Anime (and any other mad, crazy thing you can possibly think of) ALL ROLLED INTO ONE!
The Carnival Magic stage show was truly spectacular, and the buffet dinner was excellent.
The whole park was just magical and it really has to be seen to be believed; and when darkness fell, the millions of LED lights were simply spectacular on a monumental scale.
100% worth every single penny!

Amazing trip would highly recommend it! Everything was absolutely incredible. But We had issues with transfers going, was told to be at our lobby for 5.20. We waited 30 mins and after calling the number given to us if driver was late which rang out several times so had to jump a taxi last minute. Which made us later arriving to carnival!

This place is bonkers! But a really great experience. The walk around the initial part of the carnival magic is amazing to see. Especially when it’s darker and the lights stand out. The parade show is also really great to see. Interactive and colourful! The light gardens after are also amazing with lots of picture opportunities.
Only Downside is that we found was Dinner/food was average, lots of options but nothing that stood out when we were there.

The show is amazing, you get sensory overload. I totally recommend the show. I do not however recommend the buffet dinner. I am now suffering through food poisoning and it turns out it is a known occurrence.

The park is impressive, but we were disappointed that you had to pay for the carnival games on top of the cost of the ticket. The show was amazing, although our seats were super far away. The best part was the lights display after dark. The buffet wasn’t anything special, we probably would have skipped it if we could do it over again. The transport was okay, we were picked up 20 minutes late and getting back to the hotel was a little confusing. The signage for transfer buses could be better signposted

We were picked up on time , collected on time . Dinner buffet had something for everyone . If you wanted drinks or ice cream there was a surcharge . Carnival games were chargeable but you don’t have to do these . Show , parade and kingdom of lights are reflected in the price . Not a cheap night out but to do it once I would def recommend it . We went for my adult daughter’s birthday .

We loved the show. The buffet has many options. The only negative is that it was hard to communicate in English with the carnival workers. Also having to lock away cell phones was inconvenient. It takes away from the experience. They should just say no cell phone use. Everything else worked out perfectly. Especially, the after the show experience, so magical!

Show was awesome. Only issues we had was we were picked up an hour late, after several phone calls. The dinner wasn't that great and we paid for royal seats & ended up in row X, not so royal up there.
