Lovely morning. Interesting tour of the spice gardens with a wonderful guide. Cookery course was rather more about your instructions to cook lunch. I've done other cookery courses where you really felt you leant new techniques and had a chance to discuss with the course teacher. This was very much do this, do that, and hey presto here's the result. A good way to cook your own lunch amidst a lovely environment and charming people but not really a culinary learning experience.
