Spoilt day

Asked if we could bring our own soft drinks water etc ? And was told no problem we where a group of 10 and had 2 cooler boxes with water and a sandwich each , and told we couldn’t take a cooler box on board but was ok to put them in a carrier bags!! Which we had to do and collect our boxes when back in port!! And to add insult to when on board and left port a crew member came over and said we had not paid for 11 people and owed 20 euros so my wife paid and I said we are only 10 and counted she gave us the 20 euro back and said she would pay out of her pocket !! Absolute joke spoilt the day the boat trip it’s self was good
