Nice day out. Uncomfortable vehicle.

We weren’t sure of size of vehicle we would be travelling in. A small 7 seater pulled into the hotel car park, no sign in window. We eventually realised he was looking for us. The vehicle was cramped for the journey we took. I was lucky I was in the front. My wife and friends found it uncomfortable. The driver/guide was very polite and knowledgeable, gave us lots of info. Kourion was interesting an ancient settlement.Then took us to Limassol harbour where we had lunch then not much time to explore. Lefkara was a pretty traditional village. All in all a decent day out tarnished by mode of transport.

We really enjoyed seeing Lefkara which was the hilight of the trip for us but wish we could have had more time at this beautiful village. The ruins at Kurion are good to explore with the lovely mosaics & it was also nice to see the marina & old town of Limassol. The tour guide was very informative and helpful and we would recommend this trip.

Good tour but need longer at Kurion

This an excellent tour from Paphos. However it was a shame that we only had 1 hour at Kurion despite our guide saying it takes at least 2 hours to see the whole site. We would have preferred longer at Kurion and less time in Limassol as there was far less to see there.

Practically we can not add extra time to Kourion Archeological Park because then the trip will last more than 8 hours which is very exhausting. You bought a sharing trip and each participant is choosing the trip for different reasons, unfortunately, as many we are that many different opinions are existing. We are glad that you enjoyed the trip. We will be happy to assist you if you will choose a private trip where you can visit all the areas of the Kourion Archeological Park. Nice team the driver and the guide! may be skip Limassol to spend more time in Lefkara?Limassol offers few interests even in the old part so It'll be nice to have lunch in Lefkara and the beginning of the afternnon

Good, but uncomfortable ride

I really enjoyed parts of this trip - specifically the visits to the Kourion archeological site and the village of Lefkara. I would like to have spent more time in both and not bothered with Limmasol. Overall, though, the itinerary was good. The one disappointment was the discomfort I felt in the minibus. It was exceedingly uncomfortable and my body ached for hours thereafter. I was going to book other trips but will not because I could not bear the discomfort of the very narrow seat. On a positive note, EOS was good enough to go out of their way to pick me up at a reasonable spot in old town Paphos, unlike most other tour companies.

As you are commenting the bus was not enough comfortable for you. However, we have very good quality comfortable buses with good air conditioning passing often the checking to meet our tourist services level, no one ever complained about it in till now. Even more, there are specifications for compliance with European standards, which are taken by our office, otherwise, we would not have the license to be an Official Tour Operator. Probably your expectations were too high but that is a sharing minibus trip, not a VIP trip. We will take into consideration your comment regarding the trip itinerary, but we would like to draw our reader's and future customers' attention that this trip is made in order to show a few different spots of the island - antiquity, modernity, and authenticity. Leider hat man zu viele Ziele geplant, daher blieb kaum Zeit um etwas richtig zu genießen. In Kourion z. B. werden nur zwei Objektive besucht (Apollon Tempel war nicht dabei). Auch kein Fotostop unterwegs, obwohl die Landschaft wunderschön ist (der Fahrer hat nur gehetzt).

Dear Traveler Hello Thank you very much for your time sharing your opinion with us. We are sorry to hear that the trip did not meet your expectations. Sometimes for objective reasons, this can happen if the traveler has very high expectations from the tour. Unfortunately, we are not able to make this trip last longer and to give the opportunity to spend more time at the Kourion (there we have 45 minute - 1-hour stop). In order to visit all the Kourion you may need about 2- 3 hours in total. This is impossible firstly for physical reasons - in the summer time the temperature is going up to 40 degrees in the shade and in Kourion is no shade. Secondly, because this is a sharing trip and not all the participants are interested to see only the Koourio this trip is made on the way to see the archeological site the modern city, and the authentic village lifestyle. We are always advising you to read all the excursion details before booking the trip. We do have one photo spot at the Birth Place of Aphrodite, we are not including any other stops for photos because the island is very beautiful at all the points it and is impossible to stop every time when any of the participants want to catch the moment and take a photo. In cases like this, we are advising getting a private trip - you can always ask us and we will create a tour up to your requests and interests.
