The entire experience was enjoyable, the guys running the tour are fun and very professional. The flight time lasted around 40-mins and you see the beautiful views of Pamukkale, travertines at sunrise.

It was far below the expections, we booked 5.30 flight, it was much costlier than the 6.30 flight we were given(around 15 euros per person) , it was hardly 30 minute, it didn't go over travertines.

Please note that flight routes depend on weather and wind conditions, and balloons cannot be steered, so flying directly over the travertines is not always possible.

Very nice experience. The balloon flight was amazing. The crew was very friendly. We enjoyed the sunrise while in the air and saw the magnificent Pamukkale travertines from the top.
The bus transfer was within the time slot given. The video link was sent to WhatsApp.

The flight was delayed until sunrise,
The Balloon struggled to fly,
The scenery was mostly of the buildings of the township old & new,,
We didn’t get to see the pools ofPakkumale!
The flight was cut short and didn’t continue with the rest of the balloons, without any explanation! Even after everyone has disembarked!

I booked a 5:30 sunrise hot balloon ride through Viator. Basically, the operators were just aggregators. I got a message from them to meet at 6am a day. I checked back with them if the meeting time was correct because sunrise that day was 5:46am. On the day of our balloon ride, we showed up before 6am, texted them, and were informed that the car would be coming (5:59am). We waited another 10 minutes (while people from other agencies were picked up) and I was told again that the car was coming. A few minutes later (6:12am), I got another text asking where we were and then the person assumed that we were in the ballon already 😱🤬 I texted them back and showed them a picture that we were still at the designated meeting place. Tried to call them without success. At 7:28am, got a call and asked us to meet at a completely different place about 1km away (luckily we had a rental car or it would have taken a while to reach). Anyways, in the end, we didn't get airborne until the people from the 1st flight returned from their ride (around 8am). The whole idea of a sunrise flight was taken off with all the other balloons and this was completely ruined b/e we didn't see the sunrise and there were very few ballons at the 2nd flight.
