The Hot Air Balloon schedule was perfectly timed with the sunrise! I booked the pickup time at 6am, but as it was in the winter this was shifted to 7:30, so that it would match the sunrise timing. The Hot Air Balloon crew was experienced and the takeoff and landing was smooth. At the peak, we were 800 to 1000 metres off the ground, and there were several picturesque views. Overall, a really beautiful sight.
After landing, we were brought to a hill to drink champagne. There was an option to buy a 360 degree video, which was sold at 10 Euros per person. My family of four wanted to purchase one video only, but the price then changed to 40 Euros as they said even if we bought only one video, we had to pay 10 Euros per person. As such, we decided not to buy the video.
Finally, thanks to the friendly pickup and drop off driver!
