Easy paced seeing several of the major tourist places. Good guide. Disappointed with the supposed rehabilitation and crocodile venue. We were not happy to see large crocodiles in small, concrete enclosures. Worse, was young, probably sedated crocodiles, being exploited for money (ie people able to hold them). Not good for a so-called conservation park.

Hello Sir David, We thank you for acknowledging the easy paced and good guide. Thank you for the feedback regarding the crocodile farm which has been part of the program of city tour ever since the city opened for tourism purposes. We want tourists to appreciate these wildlife instead of fear them and raise awareness for their ecological roles. We understand your concern and apologize if the there are miscommunication in the purpose of the crocodile farm put up in our City which is basically a conservation center and place for crocodiles from different parts of Palawan as well as the Philippines which have attacked humans near the river banks. It is procedure of one of government units to remove them from their habitat as they might treat humans as part of the food chain being a top predator. Instead of leaving them in their habitat which might be hunted down by locals to be killed as revenge. It has always been stressed that this is not a show area like the ones in Thailand or so. The crocodile area is government-funded with very limited budget, and some activities are intended to help raise funds for maintenance and care. The young ones I assure you are not sedated. They are not exploited as they have turns to do it. But we truly understand your concern. We appreciate you raising this and will pass it on to management for review.

Excellent Guide and places that we visited were very good and a pleasure to visit. Highlights were seeing a boat unloading the weeks catch onto the jetty from a small boat.
