Beautiful beaches, definitely not as good as tour A

And enjoyable day, but there were a few disappointments. No cathedral cave, which was on the itinerary. And there were no fish at the snorkeling spot. Just large coral. Snake Island was at high tide so no snake sandbar . And we had to pay for lunch, which was a surprise. The boat crew was not as fun as tour A

Honestly, maybe it was the tour operator but this tour was so unorganized. This was my first time booking a tour on viator where the operator didn't contact me ahead of time to coordinate pickup. As such, the pick up was late and just disorganized. When we arrived to the boat the disorganization continued. It just felt like they sent the B team and they were not focused on safety, organization or anything. Would not recommend.

Your tour took place during the New Year peak season (December 31), which is the busiest period of the year in El Nido, with extremely high guest volume and very limited boat availability. Despite these challenges, our priority was to ensure that all confirmed guests were still able to join a tour rather than face last-minute cancellations. We sincerely apologize if communication prior to pickup did not meet your expectations. Due to the high volume of tours running simultaneously on December 31, coordination and pickup schedules were affected, and this resulted in delays and a less organized experience than we aim to deliver. Regarding operations at the dock, we understand your concerns. During peak holiday dates, crews are operating at maximum capacity, and while all boats and staff remain licensed and accredited, we acknowledge that the experience may not feel as smooth as during regular season. Safety, however, remains a strict requirement, and we regret if this was not clearly conveyed during your trip. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve our coordination and guest communication—especially during high-demand periods like New Year. Thank you for your feedback. This was a group tour, and the number of passengers was within the licensed boat capacity. During peak season, larger boats carry more guests, which can make the tour feel crowded. We understand this may not suit everyone. This was an incredible way to sight see and explore beyond El Nido. We loved it, and the tour guide and staff were incredible. Not only were they friendly and informative, they went the extra mile to help my mother in-law through some tight cave entrances and through the water in getting off and back onto the boat. Absolutely recommend!

The tour is very good and I recommend it. Some positive points. -Paradisiac places; - Good lunch; - Stops at beaches and snorkeling spots. Some points that deserve attention. - The boat "Gavas" needs maintenance when compared to others. - The Gavas crew is attentive but needs more training in dealing with tourists and working on the vessel. Other than that, I recommend the tour. 🇧🇷
