We had a positive experience with our transfer from Puerto Princesa to El Nido! The driver was professional. For a 5 hr drive, the price felt reasonable.

Driver was nice & the car was clean. However, the pickup was late (our flight was landing in the middle of the night), no meet-and-greet, and finally after several minutes a sedan picked us up. We did shift to the van before the car ride to El Nido, but it was far less than ideal. Everyone around us was getting picked by their drivers waiting for them with placards. Disappointed.

Van was clean and the driver RJM Eya was really helpful. We had to use the restroom & he stopped in front of a sari-sari store/house if we could use their restroom. The owner obliged and wouldn’t accept any payment.

Puerto Princesa to el nido not an experience i would like to experience again

Was a waste of time having an English speaking driver as he did not communicate with us at all. He would just stop the van and say we will be here for an amount of time and that was it. The van was not modern or comfortable and the driver drove erratically.

The driver got us there quickly. We had one stop for lunch. We didn't require any other stops, but they will stop more than once if you need. The driver was a little fast which made me a little nauseous on the turns (which is why I docked a star), but he was safe.

Everything was punctual. We completed the trip in 4.5 hours. Jacob was a very careful driver and I felt safe with him. He dropped me at the front door of my hotel.

The driver was very good, we reached El Nido safely. Initial part of the drive he was driving very fast like more than 100 km/hr, but later in the drive he became slow. We landed half an hour early at Puerto princesa and the driver was already there. We started on before time and reached within 5 hours. We stopped for 15 min for dinner.

After an early setback due to flight cancellation because of a tropical storm and having to take a detour in Puerto Princesa to reach my hotel in El Nido our rented private van driver got us there in one piece and ease my mind off from missing additional days on my already paid hotel reservation.

Our drivers main concern was getting there in a timely fashion and safely. There were minimal stops. The drive was very RAPID. If I were to give any constructive criticism… I wish the Van (seats and leg room) were more comfortable for that lengthy of a ride.

We were met at the airport and delivered to our hotel in El Nido in an efficient manner. We had a meal break plus toilet stops on what is quite a long the journey (we knew this beforehand). There were 4 of us travelling and it was really good not having to wait for the bus.
