Go to PIER 10, on the Paihia Wharf for Check-in ***If you are arriving from a Cruise Ship, they will normally tender you into Waitangi Wharf. From there, they provide FREE shuttle buses to transfer you to Paihia Wharf (5 mins on shuttle bus) At the Paihia, you walk down to PIER 10 for checkin.

Great boat trip

Had a fantastic boat trip with these guys - our captain Blair and Sequara were very attentive and gave us lots of information about the many islands and history of the area. We ordered a packed lunch with them which was delicious too. Fantastic to go through the Hole in the Rock. Safety was paramount and we felt well looked after. Thank you - would definitely recommend.

The Whole, hole in the rock experience

We did the tour on the shoulder season which was less crowded-a plus. Our captain Zack and crew mate, Dan. We’re both cool, friendly and very knowledgeable guys . Island getaway tours operate smaller vessels. Again, a plus. It allows the tour operator to access areas the larger ships cannot. Depending on the tide and sea conditions our boat was able to land on a smaller beach on Robertson Island. And again, depending on tide and sea conditions were able to transition through the hole in the rock. A WOW moment. .Thanks guys and Island Getaway for a wonderful ride.
