The tour is very informative of importance of the area to the history of New Zealand. Both vineyards were lovely and staff were friendly. Bill was a great guide.
There could have been more info provided regarding the wines on the tour. We bought a few bottles as some wines were very good. Reasonably priced and no pressure to purchase.

Had a lovely time with the group and guide. I was disappointed with the lunch offering, as there wasn’t remotely enough food to call it lunch, more like a snack. As a solo traveller it is also quite difficult to eat from sharing platters with people you don’t know, so I felt a bit uncomfortable in that regard. What food we had was delicious but definitely required more for the cost.
