We had a great experience as a family snorkelling the blue cave. They were able to cater very well for a family member who is a beginner swimmer. Our tour guide was really knowledgeable and we were able to get to the tour before bigger groups arrived. Definitely would recommend at all levels.

Extrordinary experience! Very well organised set up. Great snorkeling equiment and suits. They have skilful divers and crew who accompanied us on the snorkeling tour. Special shout out to Mao !!! who was in charge of our group, her ever so cheerful disposition and passion was addictive. Her smiling demeanour and Skilful diving amazed us , whats more she was also our photographer! She took great underwater photos... jaw droppingly good...loved it overall. After the snorkeling we headed back, was a short boat ride back to where we started to return our gear & fins etc....they had great shower facilities & with shampoo n conditioner to boot!..Big thumbs up to the crew & conmpany !

Amazing Experience!! I am a 42 yo woman who did the snorkeling excursion with my 9 and 12 year old sons. The waters were beautiful, we got to go inside the "Blue Cave", we fed fish and I got 88 total photos and videos of our experience! Highly recommend. Great value for the price

This is a must see experience in Okinawa. The tour was amazing and the water was so clear! It was really fun to go snorkeling and see all the fish and coral and the Blue Cave is really beautiful. They have it all set up so that we have enough time to take a lot of photos inside the cave. They also gave us food to feed the fishes so it was fun to get photos with fish surrounding us. The only thing is that I love to snorkel and we didn't get as much time snorkeling as I would have liked. Maybe if we could have waited a little bit until the crowds died down in the cave, we could have snorkeled more outside the cave. But all in all, it was very organized, our guide was great and I really enjoyed the experience.

Operator communicated very clearly with us and we could locate the meeting place easily.
Blue Cave, which is just 7 mins away from mainland by boat, is so easily accessible.
Tom (our guide) is very friendly and took good care of us (group of 3 seniors).
Package includes fish food for us to feed the fishes during the snorkeling. We immediately caught the magical experience of fishes flocking to us!
Tom also brought a torchlight to show us schools of fishes that were "sleeping", showed us photo spots and took photos & video for us, which we do appreciate, although photo quality can be better.
Wonderful snorkeling experience!

We were not able to go to the Blue Cave due to weather conditions, but we still had a great snorkel. Our guide explained all the fish names and took fabulous pictures and videos that was airdropped to us right after the tour.

The experience was wonderful. Not only for the Blue Cave but all the support given by the team. In particular, Kanna was so helpful. She made everything easy and nice. The pictures and the movies were amazing. I did not expect it at all after some more simple experiences with snorkeling in Okinawa.

Amazing experience. Our guide was very helpful, kind, and patient. Same for the crew. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. For our first time snorkeling she(our guide) safely and, in a fun way, introduced us into what life is like in the water. She didn’t miss anything important out. Safety is really number one. anywhere you go. And she took care of us. If it’s your first time snorkeling. You are in the right hands here.

It’s terrible. Try others options. Over crowded, highly regulated. Good for people who can’t swim and just want a photo for their instagram. That’s all they cater to.
Force to wear a wetsuit in 36degree weather and life jacket. Walk 15 minutes sweltering to an over crowded boat for 1/2 hour of being told where to go and what to do the entire time. Most of that is waiting in line for the cave photo
Not geared for experienced swimmers or snorkels. Equipment is covered in mould and desperately needs updating.

However, we must respectfully correct several points in your review, as it contains multiple factual inaccuracies and misleading statements that could unfairly influence future guests.
First, regarding the wetsuit and life jacket—these are not optional. They are legally required under Japanese maritime law for any participant boarding a boat for marine activities.
Our staff clearly explained this regulation, but you refused to comply, which presented serious safety and legal concerns for us as the operator.
Second, your claim that we made you walk 15 minutes in the heat is simply false. Our facility is located approximately 1 minute on foot from the port, and we have specifically chosen this location to ensure guest comfort.
This kind of exaggeration is misleading and unhelpful for other travelers.
Your comment about the temperature being 36°C is also incorrect. The actual temperature on the day of your participation was under 32°C, and during the activity, it was below 30°C.
Our shop is fully air-conditioned and maintained at 25°C, which we believe provides a reasonable and comfortable environment.
As for your concerns about tour regulation and freedom, please understand that this is a guided tour conducted in a natural, protected area. Safety instructions and group coordination are essential for protecting both guests and the environment.
This is not a “free swim” experience, and if that was your expectation, a private or unguided tour may have been more appropriate.
Finally, your claim that our equipment is “covered in mold” is entirely unfounded and damaging. All gear is cleaned, disinfected, and inspected daily, and we take great pride in maintaining high hygiene standards.
We always welcome constructive feedback, but it’s important that reviews are based on accurate facts, not exaggerations or misunderstandings.
We hope this clarification helps others better understand the nature and quality of our tour.

We all loved our snorkeling experience! We didn’t get to go in the Blue Cave due to weather, but our guide, Kura-Chan took us to another spot that was great! We saw & fed soo many beautiful fish! 🤩 We didn’t want it to end! After we came back & showered & changed in their lovely facility. It was our favorite Okinawa experience. I highly recommend it!

Even though we did not go to the blue cave because of weather, the alternative spot felt like swimming in an aquarium.
The guide/instructor went out of his way for the two of us guests and the ratio of 2:1 was great as well.
Would do again/ consider other activities!
