- Health and Safety Guidelines For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that anyone with the following conditions does not participate in the tour: • Pregnancy • Heart conditions ・Epilepsy • Diabetes • High blood pressure • Ear, nose, or throat conditions • Respiratory conditions • Asthma • Pneumonia • Currently taking medication • Feeling unwell due to alcohol consumption or a hangover If any of the above apply to you, we’re very sorry, but participation in the tour will not be possible. We also kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be provided even if you arrive on the day of the tour.

- For customers participating in diving activities: Due to the increased risk of Decompression sickness, flying after the tour is not permitted. Guests who have a scheduled flight after the tour will not be allowed to participate. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note that we are unable to offer refunds for any changes or cancellations due to flight schedules. We kindly ask that you make your reservation with full understanding of this policy.
- Participation is limited to guests aged between 12 and 45.
- Participants with high blood pressure or high cholesterol are not permitted to join. Please note that participation is not allowed even if you are currently on medication for these conditions. Additionally, we do not offer refunds to customers who are unable to participate due to high blood pressure or high cholesterol, so please ensure you fully understand this policy before booking.

The weather conditions were bad and blue cave was closed. They took us somewhere else, but it’s not what I originally paid for. I asked to reschedule or even a partial refund, but they didn’t allow it. I don’t recommend scheduling with Viator.

As clearly stated in the plan details, we are unable to offer refunds for changes in location due to poor sea conditions.
Additionally, one participant was a no-show, and three others arrived more than 30 minutes late. Under these circumstances, it is difficult for us to understand your request for a 50% refund.
Regarding the delay, late arrivals are normally treated as same-day cancellations. However, we made an exception and allowed participation considering that the Blue Cave was not accessible.
Given all of the above, we find this request extremely regrettable.
