Welcome to Bali! When you arrive at Benoa Harbor Passenger Terminal, simply head to the main arrival gate after clearing immigration and customs. Your guide will be waiting in the public meeting area holding a signboard with your name on it. We’ll send you your guide’s details one day before departure so you know who to look for. If you can’t find your guide, just stay near the arrival gate and reach out to us right away on WhatsApp or by calling the number listed on your tour voucher — that’s our main contact. We really enjoyed our tour of Bali attractions with Adi who was our driver and guide. He was very professional and friendly and his time keeping was perfect. Kadek Dee was our driver for a 10 hour day - travelling through to Ubud, rice fields, waterfall, silversmiths, batik factory, a temple, coffee and tea tasting: so a very full day indeed. By the end of the trip we understood a great deal more of the Balinese culture and family life. We thoroughly enjoyed our day but we also very much the company of Kadek Lee. We would thoroughly recommend this trip and more importantly Kadek Dee. He has a lovely sense of humour, excellent English and can take part in any conversation with his excellent knowledge of Bali.

While it was a very wet and rainy day, Moyo went out of his way to make the sightseeing experience memorable. His explanation of the Balinese cultures gave us an insight into their way of life.

Great day exploring Bali from Benoa cruise port. Our driver picked us up promptly at 10am and we enjoyed a great day. Adi was our driver and he was so friendly and explained in detail all the places we visited. We enjoyed the coffee & tea tasting site and got to sample many different coffees. We seemed to cover so much in the day, stopping at all the places advertised, stopped for lunch at the rice paddocks, visited the Waterfall and a Temple. I would highly recommend Adi as he was a wonderfull carefull driver with a wealth of information.

The tour guide was punctual and friendly at first.
Unfortunately whilst I was expecting a good visit of the rice fields with included entrance fees.
The tour guide (driver) had other plans: stop at a bracelet factory then taste coffee/tea. Both took 2 hours out of a half day tour.
When I did not purchase any items the driver’s attitude changed.
The driver insisted we had to go to the swing to see the rice fields. This was priced more than the entire visit. Despite telling the driver I did not want to go on the swings he drove me to that place and I had to negotiate going to the normal rice fields at a different location (entrance not included).
When we got to the rice field, I was allowed only 5 minutes on site before the driver told me we had to leave.
Whilst driving I asked the driver stop at a better vantage point, to which he commented it would be too expensive for me.
I was then driven to a temple where I had to pay the entrance fee again. The ´guidé provided no explanations and just sat down far away whilst I walked around.
The guide was unable to provide basic information about any of the sites we visited nor basic facts about the country (the independence date was 60 years off).
Whilst the driver wasn’t mean and took care driving, he was no guide and the visit was worthless. I wish I had just taken a taxi.

And after we have investigated with the real case and understand with every word you have writed on feedback, i'm Putu Martika the man who fully responsible for the tour you have done with Ketut our guide on travel the date, would love to clarify to publich regarding what the issue you have facing during the tour.
1. We have double check your voucher that clear and detail that you book for Special Private Guided Tour, which is Not Included the entrance ticket at the attraction folowing the tour to visit Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Goa Gajah Temple and Tegenungan Waterfall. On special guided tour is very clear and detail that traveler can pay the entrance ticket upon arrival at the attraction on travel date. If other traveller seen the page of the tour, and check the availability, then will be showing for 2 option Special Guided Tour with excluded entrance ticket and also showing on exclusion information. And other one is premium all inclusive with showing all ticket at the attraction is included on tour itinerary.
2. KETUT our guide driver indicated to you that the rice terrace of Tegalalang there is 2 parking lot. One in the north side with the best view and one in south gate with crowded view by surrounding restaurant. And investigated ketut took you to both view point where ketut guide driver also taking picture for you on the first gate on the north which is indicated better view by our guide and when less then 5 minutes in second gate because the time frame you have given to be back at 3.30pm in the hotel with out telling us in advance about the time frame.
3. Therefore as Human, ketut get panic and he think to much worry about the time. Main reason he much worry about the title of the tour he understand is on half day and limited time frame you give and match with the visit time on extra destination you have request by digging more information from ketut guide as what other interest attractions along the way, it may this is the vital about the time and itinerary. Since ketut and you taking another visit to other spots then it waste the time of our fix itinerary. On a hospitality services We are sure Ketut did his great Job. Giving you opportunity to see other places out of his order of the day. And as what we can read and understand the situation getting to negative vibe after other visit to other attractions on travel date.
3. You have asked some attraction at other side of Bali, which is out of the itinerary and Ketut also as your guide on that day, trying to do his best and offering additional cost to make your wish happening, but that is not affordable on your side even ketut try to explain with how long the distance, cost of petrol use to get there and so on. Final with nothing. From here we can understand all of the point, that you catch Ketut in scenario of best Drama to do Complaint. You have mentioned just to take a taxi ? The taxi man will never refound your peny. It may a big reason you did with us. And we have reported as well to the author to improve the security with cancellation policy.
4. Travel Date on 1st February 2024. We have contacted you on 3rd February 2024. After our full day investigation on the 2nd February 2024. It seem, everything is clear you have on your route to complaint, and get the money back. Its a classic way ! I guess its better to call us or email us directly on our contact as mentioned on your voucher then strugling and waste your time with all negative vibe, well we totally understand and we also have mentioned on the page that money back guaranty if you not happy.
5. At 10.46 AM we have received email from Viator and mentioned about your tour and booking reference to ask the full refound, yes well, immidiately we approved your refound request. As what i believed as Balinese Hindu, its just returning bad negative vibe to the owner it self with trust more for Karma will work on it.
6. Over all, once again we wish thank you very much for your feedback on viator. And we will keep this for our lesson in the future. And hoping with our clear and detail response to your review base on our deep investigation. This kind of issue will not happening again in future and also other operator will not facing the same issue as we had and experienced.
7. Don't be a colonialist, we, Indonesia, have been independent since 1945 on the 17th of August. and that is our Independence Day, if you say we have only been independent for 60 years, maybe you are not guessing wrong, but you are wrong. If you calculate it using the clactor and what is true, Indonesia has been independent for 79 years. Maybe you still need to learn more about history by listening to stories from our guide, not ignoring people who may have more experienced.
