    The car WAS NOT airconditioned. It was hotter inside the car than outside - we had to change shorten our day because we were getting sick from the heat. No water was provided and the driver barely spoke English. Not as described at all.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to address the concerns you've raised. Regarding your complaint about the air conditioning, we have conducted a thorough investigation and confirmed that the car's air conditioner is working properly and producing cold air. Our driver, Mr. Darmawan, has also confirmed that water was provided to you and that you can request additional bottles if needed, which are stored in the box at the back of the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that you spent the day at the beach and the car was parked in direct sunlight, which would naturally cause the temperature inside the cabin to rise. Additionally, our driver reported that you opened the left-side window, allowing the heat to enter the cabin and affecting the air conditioner's performance. Regarding communication with our driver, Mr. Darmawan is proficient in English and is capable of understanding and following instructions. However, it appears that there may have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication, and we apologize if our driver did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We also expect our customers to treat our staff with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, our driver felt uncomfortable with the way he was treated, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.     Wir wurden von unserem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Fahrer Arya pünktlich abgeholt. Wir haben die Sehenswürdigkeiten unseres Programms angefahren und wurden von ihm ständig gut unterstützt.     Wir wurden von unserem privaten sehr freundlichen und lustigen Fahrer Arya pünktlich abgeholt. Er hat sich sehr zuvorkommen um uns gekümmert. Wir haben ihm unsere Ausflugswünsche mitgeteilt und dann ging es los. Er hat uns mit viel Informationen die Tempel gezeigt und wir hatten unterwegs sehr viel Spaß. Wir haben bei Viator für die nächste Fahrt gewünscht wieder mit Arya zu fahren und es wurde möglich gemacht worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Regina und Uschi
