    Administration contact was superb. We were able to change our plans at short notice. The bus driver however struggled to find pick ups and drop offs and the journey took much longer than it should. We left Tam coc at 1230 and reached Hanoi hotel at 4pm! There was no traffic either in Hanoi.I am thinking this was a one off with an inexperienced driver. I would use the service again.
