- Participants must be at least 155 cm tall.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Pants without wide legs are recommended. Skirts are not suitable.
- Please wear comfortable athletic shoes or sneakers that you don't mind getting dirty. Sandals and high heels are not suitable.
- Please bring a backpack or other bag to carry your belongings, as the bicycles do not have baskets.
- Please bring rainwear in case of light rain. Rainwear is also available to rent for a fee.
- Please bring thin gloves, especially from April to November, as your hands may get cold.
- All participants must bring a photo ID.
