I booked this transfer from the Nice airport to the Boscolo Hotel in Nice because of the many good reviews I read on Viator by past clients. Tour Azur, the tour operator was fantastic at promptly responding to my messages and questions before arrival. The driver was fantastic and was waiting for us with a sign with my name on it as we left baggage claim. The vehicle provided was a new Mercedes Vitro van that was extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Tour Azur for any transport needs you have in Nice.

Our driver Catherine was friendly, professional, and patient. She waited for us while we searched for a lost bag at the airport, then drove us to Cagnes-sur-Mer (there was a surcharge for this because it wasn’t Nice city, but the company informed us ahead of time and were professional about it). It was a bit pricey for two people, but it was good to have the peace of mind, especially when there were transportation strikes threatening.

Our luggage arrival was a bit delayed and we didn't get out to the pick-up area at our scheduled time, but was so relieved to receive a phone call from our driver, who had waited for us. He promptly took our bags and took us directly to our hotel. He was efficient and friendly and I'm glad I didn't have to haul our bags around to public transportation after our long flight.

As I walked towards my baggage carousel, the handsome gentleman was standing in clear sight just before it with my name clearly displayed.
