There was a mistake with the drop off location. I rebooked correctly and asked for a refund. The vendor refused as they said it was within the 24 hours even though it had been rebooked correctly. Not good customer service, no help from Viator either

Nasim met us right outside of the baggage claim area, and escorted us to the Mercedes Transit van. The van was clean, comfortable and the transit to Cannes was pleasant and efficient.

our flight was delayed 1 and half hours 10 minutes after touching down, our driver contacted us and told us he was waiting in arrivals , just outside of customs, As soon as we met him he took our 4 large bags and we followed him to car. Extremely good driver who spoke English perfectly. on way to Monaco he made conversation with local sights of interest, arrived at hotel helped unload baggage, very professional service, driver was excellent. The driver was on time. The van was clean and comfortable. The driver helped us with suit cases and offered bottled water. Over all a good experience. If you need an airport transfer, these guys do a good job.

I missed my connecting flight to Nice due to a very late inbound flight to London. After waiting in long lines for over 2 hours at British Airways I was rebooked on the Nice flight the next morning. I then called to inform the car service I would not be coming in due to the missed flight. I was called the next morning and told I would be charged regardless of the fact that this was completely beyond my control. Will never use Viator again.
Driver was waiting for us at the airport in Nice and promptly and courteously delivered us to our hotel in Monte Carlo.
We were picked up as expected on time. The journey was made in a luxurious minibus with a very friendly driver. The driver took short cuts to cut out the heavy traffic in Cannes
