This was really a great time and a great way to get around. The pedal assist electric bikes were in great shape, came with locks and helmets and are easy to ride.

Fun, fun, fun. Rented e-bikes for 4 hours to do a bit of exploring in Nice on our own. The bikes were good quality and rode well. Loved the Turbo option for uphill climbing. Staff was pleasant and showed us everything we needed to know about the bikes. Only issue was that the bike lock leaked grease/oil when we used it. I am sure that it was lubricated so that we wouldn't have problems when using it so it was just a small issue. We rode the bikes on the promenade and also on the road. We rode all the way to VilleFrance. Warning!!! There is a bike lane from Nice to VilleFrance, but there is not a bike lane on the road from VilleFrance back to Nice. Be careful! We wore helmets for extra protection. Loved that we were able to explore on our own and travel around Nice at our own pace. You can not ride the bikes in Old Town - streets are cobblestone, narrow and very populated! We would rent them again.

Rented 3 e-bikes and rode along the dedicated bike path from Nice to Antibes. It was a tremendous value and Viator did an exceptional job of communicating with me from the day I made my reservation to the day we rode the bikes. Matteo at the rental company Mobileboard was excellent. Everything was as promised. The communication with Viator was exceptional.

The bikes were excellent, so many different power modes and made riding in the heat much easier! We rode from Nice to Antibes which we highly recommend! Julian was excellent, he explained everything very well and made the whole hire process very smooth and easy! Would recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Nice!

Don't miss the e-bike ride to Antibes. Flat and easy and a nice half-day visit to a great medieval town. Take the ride to Eze only if you really don't mind an insane climb (don't even think about a regular bike) and some stretches of mild to moderate terror. But even if you opt not to ride there, get there. Eze is a living museum. Pro tip: If you're taking a long ride, pay the €8 for the upgraded bike. Rafael and his crew are the best. And if you decide to conquer Eze, bon chance!

We missed this trip since our cruise ship made a last min decision to skip Nice due to windy condition. Viator would not refund since it was within last 24 hours. It is unfortunate that I can't get the refund due to circumstances that I cannot control.

We rode along the ocean from Nice to Antibes and meandered around the marina looking at beautiful yachts before grabbing a great lunch with the mandatory bottle of French wine before heading back. We wanted to explore the village of Saint Jean Vence up the hill on the return but the battery on my e-bike was a lemon. While it did work, the power was way low on a mostly full charge compared to my wife's bike. For example, she only needed speed 2 when mine was maxed out at 5. Given the low power my throttle feature wasn't strong enough to propel the bike without me pedaling some. Needless to say, any meaningful hills were out of the question. I recommend testing the bike before riding away from the store in case you need to swap out.
