I think this may be a scam. We received a ticket with no information of where we would be able to get into. The clubs we went to had not heard of it, so we didn't get to use it at all. I messaged, called and left numerous voicemails both before and on the day; all were unanswered. A complete waste of money!!

Hi Emily - Please can you contact us via the admin portal. We recently exepienced a system outage that resulted in no emails or messages being received for over 16 days. We were not aware of these issue during that time. We have become aware in the last 24 hours that you had reached out to us by phone on several occassions, and also responded to some of our previous messages to you. This has only just become visible to us. We are cleary aware because of this you would not have received your confirmation to take to the venues from us - And as such would not have been expected. We sincerely apologise for this - please get in touch and we will resolve this problem and make it right immediatley. Our apologies.
