First time to the Bahamas and was nervous about transportation.At the airport the agent was at the door with my name and she confirmed pick up back to the airport,I felt a sign of relief.The ride was excellent to the resort any questions we asked they answered making the ride great.But the morning of our return they were a no-show ,when I called the person on the phone said they had a mix up in the computer and put my pick for noon.My flight was at 10am and the drives don't start work until 10am . I had to get a taxi and the cheapest I got was$40 per person. I was very disappointed.
Nervous about getting picked up and if we’d get forgotten. That didn’t happen. Service was very prompt/punctual and drivers were friendly. Reliable.

Very professional, they texted me the day before my trip to confirm the pick up. When we arrived the driver was already there waiting for us. On our way back, he picked us up right at the time it was promised.

We were greeted with a warm welcome to The Bahamas 🇧🇸 with someone waiting for us outside the baggage claim area. She was wearing red holding a piece of paper with my name on it. I was told by the tour operator that her name was Maria. The driver Shaquille was friendly, kind, & courteous. He shared bits and pieces of Bahamian history.
Overall, it’s great to have Moss Private Transportation readily available just outside the door of the baggage claim area.
My suggestion is for messages sent via Viator to be easily accessible by Tour Operators. This facilitates communication and avoid confusion.
The driver was so knowledgeable and gave us good vibes. If we’re to come we would definitely take this car service again

Hi Susan, our airport representative collected you at the airport. Unfortunately we had a mechanical issue with one of our shuttles and that’s why we made the decision to pay for the taxi. We did not want you to wait any longer. The airport representative explained this to you. We are very sorry this happened on your arrival but even with care and maintenance we cannot plan for when something might happen. At all times the airport representative waited with you and sourced and Paid for the Taxi.
Fantastic round trip service, no complaints. The driver is conversational and almost felt like a tour describing landmarks along the way.
I was met by a lovely woman that had a sign with my name. I waited a few minutes and my shuttle was there. I did not need to wait in line for a taxi. I highly recommend using this service.
When I walked out of the airport & saw my name in big bold print & a smiling driver waiting on us. He was helpful courteous funny & made the shuttle ride an enjoyable experience.
