Very professional, they texted me the day before my trip to confirm the pick up. When we arrived the driver was already there waiting for us. On our way back, he picked us up right at the time it was promised.

We were greeted with a warm welcome to The Bahamas 🇧🇸 with someone waiting for us outside the baggage claim area. She was wearing red holding a piece of paper with my name on it. I was told by the tour operator that her name was Maria. The driver Shaquille was friendly, kind, & courteous. He shared bits and pieces of Bahamian history. Overall, it’s great to have Moss Private Transportation readily available just outside the door of the baggage claim area. My suggestion is for messages sent via Viator to be easily accessible by Tour Operators. This facilitates communication and avoid confusion.

Hi Susan, our airport representative collected you at the airport. Unfortunately we had a mechanical issue with one of our shuttles and that’s why we made the decision to pay for the taxi. We did not want you to wait any longer. The airport representative explained this to you. We are very sorry this happened on your arrival but even with care and maintenance we cannot plan for when something might happen. At all times the airport representative waited with you and sourced and Paid for the Taxi.

I was met by a lovely woman that had a sign with my name. I waited a few minutes and my shuttle was there. I did not need to wait in line for a taxi. I highly recommend using this service.

Clean, like super clean cars and friendly drivers!! There was somebody waiting there with our name on it and it took no more than 10 minutes to get in the car and get us to the hotel in 20 minutes!!!
