Pick up location from where ship was docked was to far to walk even though instructions stated they would meet us at the Port. My family and I had to pay for a taxi to take us to Atlantis. We deserve a partial refund. We were able to contact shuttle to get a ride back to ship. I wouldn't recommend this vendor.
