When I saw the picture and description it showed 2 ATV's and called Side by Side Beach Buggy Rentals. When I arrived they only had one, so I asked for the second one and they said you only get one. We had Six people in the group and they said you can fit 6 people in the one buggy.
I was not happy, but they said that is what I ordered. Then I asked for a map of the island and where I could go on the beach with the buggy's. They had no map, no idea where I could get on a beach with the buggies.
They did meet me right out of the security area, but I had to ask several people and finally found a guy standing along and asked if he was from Viking. He said yes and walked us a short block to the unit in front of a bar. So unprofessional. again I asked about the second unit for the Side by Side experience. They called someone and were told that is what they ordered.
The unit was hard to get in gear and you were not sure it was until you stepped on the gas, then it would lurch forward. The smell of exhaust was bad a times.
I had no idea where to go, so finally contacted my cell provider and had to paid for an international rate to use AT&T service in the Bahamas. I keep asking people where I could take the buggies on the beach. There was no beach that allowed you to drive on.
I felt very mislead and not worth the money at all.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience this past Saturday. The vendor that was supposed to provide a 6-passenger buggy failed to deliver as agreed, leaving us waiting nearly 48 minutes for a replacement. This delay significantly impacted our plans and overall experience. To make matters worse, when a replacement vehicle finally arrived through a different vendor, we were told it would cost an additional $250 simply because it was a newer model. This was both unexpected and unacceptable, especially given that the inconvenience was not caused by us.
The entire situation was frustrating and, quite honestly, embarrassing. Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again for any future excursions and will be sure to share my experience with others. I expect accountability and a proper resolution for the inconvenience and added stress this situation caused.

I mistakenly thought it was a guided tour it wasn’t. At least what I booked wasn’t. When the driver came to drop off the side by side I mentioned to him that I was concerned .he offered that they could do a guided tour. He did a great job very knowledgeable about the stops and area. Would recommend

The vehicle is not delivered at the port. The vehicle is not well maintained at all and rides super rough. The drop off experience is extremely shady with the vehicle being picked up by an unknown random person at a random drop off point. They do not offer any help or guidance in terms of local sight seeing

We had great communication with the tour operator, Viking Rentals. They brought the side by side to us just past the port. They also met us at the port when we brought it back. We enjoyed driving around Nassau for the day and would recommend it to others.

Rented Can Am side by side for the day out of Atlantis. Awesome service! My family and I got to explore Nassau Island!! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get out of the resorts and explore!!

I was expecting this to be a tour using side by side ATVs. Instead it was an independent you drive where ever you want to go experience. Since we had been here previously we knew where we wanted to go, and we had a ball getting there.

Fantastic experience the vehicle was delivered right to the lobby, quick run down on how to operate it and we were off. We have been to Bahamas over a dozen times. We LOVED being able to see all the things we wanted on our own time and schedule. Would totally do it again and would 100% recommend this company.

Gas poisoning smell so bad made us sick and had to turn back in after little over ride in and had to take my husband back to boat with bad headache and kids sick throwing up. We reported it also that it had issue and very bad experience.

The people were very professional and nice.
None of our phones worked there as we don't have international. You are on your own and we didn't have a map. The company found us one and it made us feel safer.

They delivered the side by side to use right outside the port and we were on our way in 5 minutes. When we were done we dropped it off right next to the port. (Other companies shuttle you to their lot and you return it there and are shuttled back to the port.) I do recommend downloading a map for offline use. Great experience.

Started off a little rocky. First one that was delivered to us at Riu Hotel started overheating and thr check engine light was flashing. After we stopped, contacted the company and they brought us a new one at no additional cost. Much better experience after getting in the second. Drove around the whole island and they even reimbursed me for having to out gas in it (second one came with half a tank). Would definitely recommend and if you have concerns, call the number directly instead of messaging as it is faster.

We booked a side by side for 6 of us and had no clue where to go to get it. We found a random man on the street selling excursions and asked him. He called the rental place and they brought us our ATV. No questions, no forms, no instructions. Driving it was no problem and it was a nice ATV with a Bluetooth speaker and plenty of cargo space for our beach gear, but when it was time to return it, we had no clue how. We drove to where we got it and there was no one waiting for us so again we found a random person and asked. He said to leave the keys with him. Felt super uncomfortable doing that but we didn’t have much of a choice. Tried messaging the company and got no response.

Make sure prior of exact location for pickup and drop off . Don’t count on hem to provide any kind of map. This company’s instructions for pickup and drop off weren’t provided in the reservations. The vehicle ran fine, make sure to plan your route before hand

The young guys delivered the SxS on time, gave great instructions (even though we have a similar SxS at home). Have a plan on what you want to visit. Remember to drive on left side of the road. There are MANY one-way streets. Use Google Maps or Waze for best directions! This was a great way to try all of the beaches, visit some of the historical sights and then drive over to Paradise Island!

Had an issues with finding the correct location since there was no one there and had conflicting places to meet. Additionally there was no map given or any ideas what to do just keys. We were very lost and ended up using our phones and paying for data. I would not recommend this. Loved the buggy but without a good map was not as enjoyable it could have been

Initially there was nothing to direct us or information on where we should meet to get our vehicle. We had to rely on locals to tell us. The people dropping off the vehicles were also 20 min late. Once we got to the side by side we asked for a map and they said they forgot them. The vehicles themselves weren’t to bad but just disorganized for ending location also. It was an easy way to get around island

Pick up and drop off were easy. Buggy was in great condition! Was so nice to be able to see some of the sites on our own time frame. Bluetooth speaker was a fun addition. Overall, highly recommend!!! It was the best thing we've done in Nassau so far!

They picked us up right at the port. Not much direction was given so you may want to plan ahead. Traffic is crazy so be ready for that. Buggy was in good condition. We had fun and would chose this over a formal bus tour to see the island.

Everything was great! We booked 8 hours from 10am and they showed up on time to our hotel on Paradise Island. Dropped off the buggy and gave us a rundown. Absolutely no problems with it at all. We took it to the Queens Staircase, The Caves, the Straw Market and back to the hotel. We called them when we were finished and it took them 10 minutes to get to us to pick up. Such a smooth operation, would definitely rent from Viking Rentals again.

Total waste of money. We agreed to meet at 1200. They were a no show, no contact. Had to go through another company that happened to have thier number. They said they would be there in 5-10 minutes more like 25 minutes. The guy gets there finally and when he is showing me how to operate the vehicle it won't crank. After making some phone calls he says he needs to go get a battery and will be back in 5 minutes and just walks off. He comes back 15 minutes later with battery but no tools to install said battery so then he leaves again. Another 10 minutes go by and he returns again and gets the battery installed. By this time it is 12:45 of a rental that started at 12:00. So inquire about receiving some compensation for my wasted time. I was told the owner would reach out to me. We drove to destination and vehicle would get stuck in low gear and would have to hole the over drive button to get it to stay in the appropriate gear. Need less to say we returned the vehicle early. I was told that the owner would contact me. So asked for his number and that iI just contact him directly. He told me that he couldn't give me.my money back but would give the a free rental the NEXT I came. These guys are not professional and just out for a quick buck. If you have any problems they just try to string you along as they know you will be leaving soon and then it's on to the next victim.

They were 40 minutes late and didn't bring a map for us. Waited another 15 minutes for them to come back with one and just left. He ended up finsing us 10 minutes later on the road. The buggy was very slow, wouldn't keep up with traffic and just felt very unsafe (I've drove a lot of ATV's) paid to park it at the beach for an hour and then returned it 2 hrs early.

we paid for a guided tour and lunch was supposed to come with the meal tour, we got neither. Our buggy started smoking which we had to call the office just so the rep to tell us to press the overdrive button. We toured Cable beach (did a water excursion) and the Queen’s staircase, both were fun..

Hi, we apologize for your misunderstanding. This is a self guided excursion as clearly stated in the description. All of our vehicles are well maintained and do smoke or have mechanical issues. The override button is to be used if you're in "low gear" and want to exceed the low gear speed parameters.

We had SO MUCH FUN!!! It was great getting to set the pace for our day and do what we wanted! If you've never driven a Ranger, it takes a little getting used to. The staff was super helpful and responsive. We had a blast jamming to music on Bluetooth and driving around trying local food! 10/10 recommend!

The person that brought us the buggy was kind and energetic! The person that meet us when we brought it back showed up quickly and was also kind and energetic! He actually asked us for a tip though which I found distasteful. It wasn't even necessary since I literally had his tip in my hand but I was waiting for him to finish asking us the usual return questions. (Note - we did tip the person that brough us the buggy but he didn't ask us for one). I read in the reviews that they had maps available so I asked for one as we've never been to Nassau but they said they ran out so that was a major inconvience. The ultimate reason for my low rating is due to the poor running buggy we were given. Right when I walked up to it the first thing I noticed was the completely bald tires. I'm no automotive/off road vehicle expert but even I know there were in terrible condition. The person did review how the vehicle operated with us and said if it starts to shake to use the override button. Well right out of gate the thing ran like total crap! We had to constantly use the override button but even that didn't make the ride smoothish. Yes, we know this is a buggy not a cadi but this thing was so awful to be in. It was a complete waste of money. After 2 stops, we decide to park it and only go to places we could walk to or took a cab.
