Very well organised trip all destinations covered.
Delhi tour was both enjoyable and informative, guide good but sorry have forgotten name, very good restaurant for lunch although a bit packed.
Agra, hotel was lovely but bathroom could do with a bit of a face lift. Dinner was buffet at £15 per head also a bun fight but food ok. Our guide Mr S was superb and such a gentleman, clearly loves his job. Taj Mahal breathtaking and cant recommend enough. Agra fort also amazing.
Ranthambore was a very long drive, Hotel Tiger Den very run down, which is such a shame as could be so stunningly beautiful, staff very helpful food ok. There was a guide from the company that turned up just told us to be ready early. He turned up again when we left don't know why he was there really.
Tiger tours very cramped in the canter. Didn't see tigers but that's nature for you. Luck of the draw with the park guides, both just lack luster.
Jaipur hotel Sarover Premier looked so promising, fantastic room, went down to dinner were seated but ignored. Asked to order from menu, told buffet said wanted menu, just stared at, in the end we went without dinner. Breakfast was worse, food running out, having to continually ask for juice, tea etc. Not well organised.
Amber fort is beautiful, didn't stop at lake palace or palace of the winds, guide also very knowledgeable and a gentleman.
Drive back to Delhi good.
Overall enjoyed the trip would recommend but the outstanding star of the show after Taj Mahal was Mr Vipin our driver, he did an outstanding job and looked after us both. He drove both calmly and safely throughout the whole tour. Was always on hand and he kept the whole tour together. Thank you Mr V you are a star.

Absolutely amazing chauffeur (Gurmeet Singh Bittu) and both the tour guides. The chauffeur was extremely friendly, very responsive to our needs and knew all the places that would be ideal for us for lunch and dinner when it was not part of the hotel stay. We connected and discussed a number of topics during the drive so it was not boring. He would also show and explain the various parts of India we were driving thru. Would highly highly recommend him. Our first tour guide - Mahesh Kumar was with us in Delhi and Agra. His knowledge of the history of these places was amazing. He explained things very clearly that everyone in my family could understand. Bonus, he is an amazing photographer so we have some extremely fantastic pictures of us in Delhi and Agra. In addition, he would make sure we checked in to our hotels and were all set before leaving for the night. He was promptly at the hotel the next morning to commence the tour. Everyone spoke good English so traveling was easy. Finally, the tour guide for Jaipur - Ashok Sharma - was similar. Very knowledgeable of his history and explained things clearly. In addition he also had practical knowledge of meditation, yoga and astrology so those made for some very informative discussions. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with and showed us some amazing places with amazing history and an overall amazing experience. THANK YOU!!!!

From start to finish our driver and guides could not do enough to show us the amazing sites of India. Our driver was wonderful and patient whilst we saw the sights.
Each destination we had a new guide and every guide was so knowledgeable and catered to our needs, we wanted to go and see the flower market in the morning Jaipur and they happily changed the itinerary for us.
We were lucky enough to see Tigers on our trip too.
We could not have asked for a better tour and to really showcase amazing India. We can’t wait to come back.

It has been a wonderful trip. I was travelling on my own and felt totally safe in Kuldeep's hands. He is a great driver, which is not a small thing in India. Plus, every wish didn't seem too much for him. Dehli was a good combination of highlights with Himmat. Taj Mahal was incredible at the sunrise with Vijay. Vijay was really knowledgeable and we didn't even queue to enter the Taj. Both guides at each place had perfect English and had answers to all questions. Unfortunately due to traffic we didn't see the Agra's Fort as the roads were blocked, but Kuldeep did try his best to reach all planned destinations. In Ranthambore I was lucky to see a bear, but not a tiger. After the morning safari, I was disappointed as didn't see many animals. I did say this to Kuldeep, who then arranged for the afternoon almost a personalised ranger, who tried his best for an extra hour to find the tigers. In Jaipur I met my last guide Ashok, who is not only a fantastic, knowledgeable guide, but also a hand reader and an astrologist and a lawyer and many other things. A very interesting person, who will enrich your knowledge about Indian culture even more at the end of the trip. I went for 4 star hotels. All absolutely fine. My favourite one was in Jaipur. All had pools. Food was good and safe in all of them. A wonderful trip. Really enjoyed all experiences.

The trip in its entirety was meticulously organized and exceeded my expectations in every respect. Having an interest primarily in photography, I had requested several modifications to the original plan, including the addition of a Taj Mahal full moon viewing, an additional day in Ranthambhore, and, almost last minute, to change the tiger safaris on one of my days in Ranthambhore to private rather than the planned canter ones. Shakul, PCTI’s owner, was extremely communicative before as well as during the trip itself, and he made sure that my requests, and the trip in general, were executed to my complete satisfaction.
The local guides in Agra and Jaipur were knowledgeable and made sure to cater to my requests; they were a pleasure to work with. The hotels too were good quality, and mostly well situated – the one in Ranthambore was within a very short driving distance from the gates to the better zones of the park.
But what really made my trip special was the driver, Kuldeep, who picked me up from the hotel and chaperoned me for the entire 6 days of the trip. There isn’t enough praise that I can bestow on Kuldeep. He is an excellent driver, knowledgeable, and patient – no matter how long I took in one spot or another to take pictures. He kept the car squeaky clean, and always had goodies in it waiting for me – the soda I like, candy, tissues, sanitizer – you name it. He addressed each and every request of mine efficiently, and, much more important, always with a big smile. I will not exaggerate if I’ll say that he is by far the best driver that I have had in any of my many trips abroad. Kuldeep is a true gem.
Overall, I would highly recommend PCTI to anyone considering a trip to the “golden triangle.” If I or my family/friends go back to India, I will use only PCTI for my next trip.

This tour is extensive and fulfilled my expectations. The hotels are well appointed, the tour guides are knowledgeable and answered all my questions, specially Mukesh, our Agra guide in Taj Mahal and Agra fort. Our driver, Kuldeep is very pleasant, respectful, and outstanding guy. He was never late to pick us up in our hotels and staging points. I will miss our long drives for the conversations we had. He is well-read about the places we visited. I jokingly said that he should consider being also tour guide too , but he needs the requisite schooling for that. Aside from the cellphone charger and bottled water, he has a container of “treats”, wipes, tissues, lozenges in his spotless, comfortable car. I highly recommend him to the next tourist in this part of India. Mention him by his name “Cool dip”.

This tour is great to see the main highlights of the golden triangle. We chose the 5 star hotel option, all hotels were modern, beautiful and great service with good food. Our driver mr Sharma was great, he made us feel safe as we experienced crazy Indian driving, he pointed out and explained local culture for each area we passed through. He made sure we stopped at nice restaurants with good facilities, all have gift shop but just politely decline buying if you don’t want anything, they are tourist friendly, make sure you have small change for toilet. Delhi Sunil was our tour guide, he was very informative and explained lots about local life and all attractions. Seema was our guide in Agra, again very good detail about all attractions. Our last guide in Jaipur was good but slightly rushed and directed most conversation at my Husband, this is just the culture for some people so don’t be offended. All guides take plenty of photos of you which is great. If you want a quick tour of India and insight into their way of life it’s a great option.

My friend and I were only in India for 8 full days. My bucket list item while there was the Taj Mahal and hers was seeing Indian tigers, so this tour allowed us to both, plus see and learn a little about major sites in New Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur as well as see other parts of India from the road while traveling between these places. It was great to not have to worry about the logistics, such as transportation, lodging, most meals, and what sites to see, as all of these things were taken care of for us. It was especially helpful to have a driver waiting for us with an air conditioned car an a bottle of water as soon as we finished visiting a site so we didn't have to stand outside in the heat for too long or worry about purchasing our own bottled water throughout the day!
Driver/Car: Note that you will spend a lot of time in the car on this trip, but the car is well-maintained and the driver can put on a wifi hot spot for you to use during the longer journeys to help you pass the time. Our driver, KK, masterfully drove the crazy, chaotic, populated Indian streets and highways and got us safely and quickly to our destinations.
Lodging: All of the hotels we stayed at were well maintained and comfortable. The meals included at the hotels were generally pretty decent and had both Western and Indian food options.
Sites: We really enjoyed all of the sites that we went to, especially the Taj Mahal and the City Palace and Amber Fort in Jaipur! Unfortunately we did not see any tigers during our safari.
Guides: We had different guides in each place. Overall, the guides were all very good and knowledgeable. We especially liked our guide in Jaipur. Our only complaint with the guides was that we would have liked a little free time to enjoy the sites ourselves, take photos, etc. without the guides also right beside us.
Overall, we would highly recommend this tour for those travelers who want to pack in a lot in a short amount of time!

This is a great package to see the highlights of the golden triangle. Hotels were great. Tour went smoothly. Tour guide, Mr. Mahesh Kumar, was very knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating to our group of 6. Our group ranged in age from 12 - 88. We didn't see any tigers during our safari, but enjoyed the safari jeep ride. Bus driver was a safe driver.

Great trip for a short stay in India. I am a first time Viator user as I normally travel the world independently. I needed a last minute tour to fit my travel partners limited schedule which visited the highlights I wanted to see - Taj Majal and tigers. This was my first time in India and first 'tour' with private driver. The tour operator provided a great experience - I was not keen on many aspects of India society and food - but overall this was a smoothly run tour.
Pros: My driver: Mr. Sharma was awesome. Excellent clean and maintained vehicle, very safe driving skills, prompt pickups and good communications. Always had cool water and local stories and advice. A good connection with the driver is paramount - this tour includes a great deal of on the road time. The lodgings: Agra - Ramada is a very new, well run hotel, comfortable modern room, friendly service, and great breakfast buffet. Ranthambore - Regency showing it's age but well maintained, rooms are dated, service was excellent. This portion included all meals based around safari drives: food service was good, staff really tried to please. Considering I spent almost 8 hours on dusty safaris but did spot a tiger drives - Regency was more than adequate. Lodging in Jaipur Lemon Tree was a letdown. By all appearances a modern city business hotel, but very worn out rooms, mediocre breakfast, unfriendly staff. The guides: this tour provides a driver for the entire trip plus local guides at various major stops. 50/50 rating on guides: the guides in Delhi and Jaipur, while informative and knowledgable seemed to be bored going thru the motives of the job. My guide in Agra, a female, was excellent - engaging, knowledgable, lively personality. The guides on safari drives were hit and miss - morning guide took time to explain Ranthambore Park, tracking tiger techniques, pointed out birds and other animals, and understood photo angles. The afternoon guide again simply went thru the motions, no narrative or tracking skills, we just drove around until we got lucky with a tiger sighting.
The Con's - this culture is very sexist as the guide experience reflected with my female traveling partner - the Agra guide female and the morning safari guide male and our driver treated her with respect, the Delhi and Jaipur guide males would not speak to her directly unless absolutely necessary, and usually with a sigh and smirk.. Whist I understand cultural differences, modern western people - where women are treated equal - provide the bulk of tourists in India and should reflect in tour company training. The lodging in Jaipur was 3 star in any other country. The culture and food require adaptation as we were on sensory overload from all the people, noise, traffic and filth of India. No fault to the tour company - and the food in India was dodgy at best - and places our tour guide suggested very expensive. Be prepared for many hours of seat time in a car navigating the chaotic and bumpy India landscape. Unless you really want to spend a lot of money - simply tell the insistent guide you do not want to visit cultural exhibits of crafts which is a lead to ripoff high pressure sales tactics at carpet stores, gem factories, textile weavers, etc. I avoided these entirely, there was plenty of shopping elsewhere.
The sites: all of the included tour sites followed the itinerary and ranged from spectacular Pro-Taj Majal to odd Con - the smelly, sewage filled lake in Jaipur.
Overall I was very pleased with my tour service provided by the tour operator. The tour description on Viator was accurate and comprehensive and communication with the tour operator went smoothly. I highly recommend this tour at the price point I paid for those with limited amount of time or desire to spend in this area of India.

A fantastic experience! Our driver was very skilled and we felt safe in his hands. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole tour was extremely well organised and the hotels were great. Highly recommended!

Erfahrener Fahrer und fachkundige Guides. Leider keine Tiger in Ranthambore gesehen. Ansonsten war die gesamte Tour super!
