Manoj: Overall organizer for the trip who booked hotels and booked tour guides at each stop. He and the driver picked us up at the airport. Bus Driver Anil was wonderful and was amazing at handling the unbelievable and crazy driving through out this tour in India. Hotels: We asked for a list of hotels and used it to complete our E-visa but ended up staying at completely different hotels. We would rank them maybe 4 star but not five. Tours: Each part of the Golden Triangle where we stopped we had a local tour guide. Delhi Guide - knowledgeable but seemed more comfortable talking one on one than to a group Agra/Taj Mahal Guide - amazing knowledge of the Taj and surrounding area - bonus he knew all the places for great pictures and took great pictures too! Jaipur Guide - Very knowledgable and nice guy

We completed a six-day Golden Triangle tour in India on Dec 1, and overall the experience was acceptable but fell short in several areas. The hotels, while advertised as five-star, were generally closer to three-star quality by U.S. standards. The Metropolitan in New Delhi and Clarks Shiraz in Agra did not reflect five-star conditions, with the latter having issues such as bugs in the bed and mold in the shower. The Four Points by Sheraton in Jaipur was the only hotel that met expectations. The main challenge throughout the trip was a lack of clear communication and planning from the operator, Manoj, as we were not provided a detailed itinerary and often had limited understanding of each day’s schedule. Although flexibility can be helpful, as visitors unfamiliar with the region we relied on the company for guidance and did not always receive it. There was also a hotel mix-up in which a different property was booked than the one we selected, without this change being communicated to us. Daily start times were presented as our choice, but when we selected later times, we were encouraged to begin earlier, which made the decision feel nominal; clearer guidance upfront would have been more helpful. This lack of scheduling clarity led to rushed visits at major sites such as the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, where we arrived just before the ticket counter closed and were only able to spend about an hour at a site that typically requires at least two. Additionally, the local guide in Agra did not demonstrate strong knowledge of the history or architecture. On a positive note, our driver, Amit, was consistently kind, patient, and professional, and Manoj made the thoughtful gesture of meeting us in person in Delhi and upgrading our vehicle to a more comfortable compact SUV. While the tour had its strengths, the organizational issues prevent me from confidently booking with this company again or recommending it enthusiastically to others.

Amazing! From the beginning to the end Manoj was there every step of the way, always checking to make sure all is going well . I contacted him before the trip and asked if he could extend the tour by one day and he agreed to do it for a reasonable fee. When we arrived, our driver, Amit Kasana, picked us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel. The hotel was 5-star as promised. The next day, Amit picked us up from our hotel with our guide. Both Amit and our guide were kind and knowledgable. They showed up with a big smile, water in the car and ready to show us the best of Delhi. The day was amazing. The rest of the trip to Agra and Jaypore was even better. Amit, was funny, kind and generous with his time, never rushing us through the activities. He was also very careful about taking us to safe places for food so that we would avoid getting Delhi-Belly. We let india with no stomach problems. The restaurants were also amazing with delicious food and nice/clean environment. Overall 10 out of 10 - thank you.

Memorable Experience with First Class Driver/Guides

Unbelievable experience for 6 days from airport pickup to airport drop off. They have everything covered and all you need to do is relax and enjoy the beautiful sites. Abhi (our driver and now lifelong friend) was amazing and made our trip memorable. He welcomed us at the airport with a smile, professional sign and flower leis. We then met Manoji (owner who we communicated with before & during the tour) for a fantastic tea and then we went off for a lifetime experience. We (couple) decided to upgrade the vehicle from a sedan to a SUV for comfort which was well worth it. The roads can be congested and chaotic which is why you need a safe driver like Abhi. We had fantastic local guides at each city. Gaurav covered Delhi, while Rahul and S.K. Dharma covered Agra and Jaipur, respectively. We saw and learned so much from them about the cities, sites, history, culture, etc. They purchased the entrance tickets for us and provided advice on souvenir shopping. Besides being great tour guides, they were also great photographers taking pictures of us at the various locations. They know the best spots! Abhi did a great job in coordinating the entire trip. He was professional, personable, punctual and flexible ensuring we had the best time. Based on our requests/his suggestions (not on the scheduled tour), he made arrangements for a cobra experience, shopping stop and an elephant interaction. You must visit Elefantastic where you have direct (1:1) interaction with an elephant (feeding, painting, washing, walking, hugging, etc.). The owner’s mother also invited us to her house for good lunch. This tour exceeded our expectations. You must do it and request Abhi as your driver/coordinator. You will not regret it!

First time in India with the best driver

I first got in touch with Manoj who did a great job suggesting an itinerary for 9 days/8 nights days starting in Delhi and ending in Udaipur. My driver was Amit. He was amazing!!! We went around Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar and Udaipur. I had a great time and company going around the country with him. He was polite, patient, funny and kind. His English is very good and never had a communication problem. He gave very good recommendations regarding places to go and foods to eat. He always provided the best suggestions on the road to avoid scams and time wasting, for example which places to avoid and which attractions to skip to optimize the time and budget. Both Manoj and Amit always made sure the itinerary met my expectations and always messaged me to make sure everything was ok even at moments when we were apart. He also connected me with Shaz in Agra and other people during the trip who were also very helpful. I would highly recommend contacting this company for a safe, worry-free and comfortable trip. I am leaving my first trip in India with a great first impression. Thank you for making my trip a wonderful memory I will always have for the rest of my life.
