Our family from Finland parents and children in the age of 12, 14 and 16 Years enjoyed the entire journey. Viator did excellent job with the arrangements. Special moments were at the Ranthambore safari where during the sun rise we were able to see three tigers from close distance and to follow their activities for over 45 minutes. The mother tiger even hunted a deer just ahead of us. This is very seldom to be seen so we were lucky. Taj Mahal during the sun rise was also amazing. Driver was polite and punctual, also the car was clean. Our guides in Jaipur and Agra were professional and spoke good english. The only minor minus was the hotel in Agra. There was a last minute change of the hotel and in the Hotel Crystal Inn was a huge amount of mosquitoes in the hotel room. The Viator management were promptly in contact with the hotel management and they surely make the improvements and normally Viator is not even using this hotel. So we can recommend this tour also for the families.

For my wife and I it was our first time in India. Very well organized tour and the itinerary is well planned to include the highlights of tourist attractions in every city we visited. We felt the support of the local contact from the beginning to the end for accommodation on two unexpected extra nights which also included transport airport-hotel at quite inconvenient hours. Our driver Ram was accommodating, knowledgeable, punctual and always with a smile, willing to cater to our specific interests and pace. The local guide in Jaipur was friendly, professional and with deep knowledge of the citys history and art. The two safaris in Rathambore National Park were fun exciting, even though we didnt get to see any tigers we took a lot of pictures of other animals as the expert guides pointed them out to us while on the safari. The hotels were well chosen, in Jaipur and Agra were excellent in Ranthambore the hotel is new still under construction so they need to polish a few details, the one in Delhi should improve the cleanliness of rooms and dining room, in all of the hotels the attentiveness of the staff and the food were very good. We recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the Golden Triangle not only as tourist attraction, but to get a glimpse of the reality of life in these Indian cities.
