Three-year hotels are a little surprising, so I would opt for the five-star ones. The guides are very good. I had Ankush in Delhi, Shubahm (excellent photographer) & Faizan in Agra, & Shahid in Jaipur. All ensured my safety & were very accommodating. Shahid even added an experience where I could feed & pet the elephants!
