If you’re in Nessebar, do not skip this. Sailing out of the Old Town harbor at golden hour was the absolute highlight of our trip. Why we loved it: The Views: Seeing the ancient city walls from the sea as the sun sets is breathtaking. The Vibe: Relaxed, intimate, and perfectly romantic—not overcrowded at all. The Crew: Super friendly and kept the drinks flowing and the snacks fresh. "A glass of bubbly, a sea breeze, and a perfect sunset. It doesn't get better than this." It’s the best way to escape the crowds and see the Black Sea in style. Highly recommended!

The pickup or start location as was shown on the google map that was provided by Viator in their confirmation email and tixkets was completely misleading. We waited there with no one around. Thereafter when we called up Viator the lady also verified that this location is correct as it appears even on their records. She gave me the contact number of local operator. When I called him (Chris) he said pickup address is exactly on the other side port of Nessebar. We missed the trip. I requested to be available for the later 7pm or even any of the trips on next day. However we were informed no trips next day due to bad conditions at sea. I have requested for refund but no reply coming from Viator. Really disappointing. Always been thwir customer in the past. But I am disappointed by the lack of their professional approach. Amount may besmallish does not matter, it is the attitude and approach towards your customer that matters Anyhow still waiting, if something magical happens and gives me what is called as Customer delight

Hello Ashok, We are very perplexed to read your review as this was checked with our support team for you. With great respect we write you the following even though your review is completely not right and good because of the points below. First, you advised our support that you went to another port 10 minutes before the departure and you called us from there. After your called you did not have the physical time to be on time to go back to the right port and meeting location. Second, your voucher from Viator clearly shows the starting location and time. No other location and time is to be used. Third, our support took the time several times kindly to help you but due to wavy sea it was not possible for the next day as you also saw for yourself. Fourth, you have negative attitude towards Viator and you put this review to us the local operator even though you did not follow the meeting point from the system and went to another place. Fifth, we really have no idea what Viator told you and sent to you. As you understand Viator is not on the spot and they do not operate the activity. Sixth, you missed the departure, asked us for cancelling the booking even though you were no show as per the above and wrote all this. With great respect again, we are not happy that you did like this. To show you appreciation we shall take you another time without payment and you need to arrange with us the date and time prior. For your info as your payment was to the platform we had advised them to sent you back the payment. All the best!

Excellent experience. Probably one of the last ones for the season. The weather was great and we enjoyed the sunset cruise and the drinks. Totally recommend. Very romantic and nice!

Tour operator contacted me to say due to weather winds the sunset cruise would not go ahead. They instead gave me option for a different day. The boat is big and the Captain and the 2 lads on board were very nice. Lunch was yummy too and the music was cool which added to the vibe. I would go again and also recommend a friend.
