Very difficult to download and sync audio with map

Very difficult to follow. In order to download we found we needed a Dropbox account, so had to download the app and sign up. We're fairly tech savvy but couldn't manage to get the map up with the audio. Because of this we had no way of knowing where we should be standing to match the audio. We've used audio walking tours many times but this was a waste of time. We gave up after five minutes having spent nearly an hour trying to download all we needed.

Hello Jonathan, it seems that you did not read, listen or used the maps we had sent to you. These are all physical guide notes. Plus the audio is in a conversational style.
