Oyaki are traditional Japanese buns made from plain flour, salt, and oil, typically filled with seasonal vegetables. They are vegan-friendly by default.

Good explanation of sake making and tour of non working brewery. Lots of time for sake tasting. The Oyaki buns were cooked over charcoal. Delicious. Graham was an excellent and informative guide.

The tour encompassed making sake (and miso), the history and sake tasting. The sake sampled included dry, sweet and fruit variations.
