Pickup will be from the arrival terminal at the airport. Our driver/guide will be waiting outside the arrivals gate holding a Zungu Travel signboard with the traveler’s name. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing. In case of any delay or difficulty locating the driver, travelers may contact us via WhatsApp or phone using the number provided on the ticket. Our driver/guide will arrive in a Zungu Travel–branded safari vehicle and will ask for your name upon arrival.
