Very fun and interesting to snorkel at night. Our guide was great. He provided clear instructions and gear. We talked in detail what to avoid along with descriptions of what we can hope to see. We saw everything we hoped to and more. I would recommend this tour if it sparks your interest to snorkel in the dark. It was a great experience.

This was an amazing experience. We were a little nervous snorkeling at night but our guide made us feel so comfortable. We got to learn about what we might see prior to getting in the water, which made spotting things so much easier! We spotted an octopus 🐙 and had so much fun observing it. There were countless other animals we saw as well

Great experience - highly recommend doing when in Moorea. Joaquin was excellent and very good at guiding us around the reef and spotting things we wouldn't otherwise have seen (e.g. octopus, eels, shrimp etc.)

A very unique experience, our guide showed us pictures of what to look for before going out which we found helpful, as well as what to avoid. It was our first time night snorkeling, it felt safe doing it in a group though. We saw plenty of fish, as well as nocturnal creatures like octopuses and eels. Recommend to anyone, as long as you are a good swimmer as the currents and reefs can be a challenge to navigate.

If you have any hesitation on whether to book this trip or not, DO IT! We had a great time last night. We did our tour with Mai last night. He was a fantastic guide, very friendly, knowledgable, and respectful of the reef. Mai knows the reef very well and could navigate it at night in a way that I would not be able to do on my own. He also is able to spot a lot in the reef, which can be challenging if you don't know what to look for. We say a huge pufferfish, blacktip reef shark, eels, lionfish, and lots of crabs.

We would highly recommend Moorea Dark Waters! It was such a cool experience to snorkel at night, and our guide made sure that we covered a lot of ground in the 1.5 hours that we were out snorkeling. We saw rays, sharks, an eel, a puffer fish, a lion fish, and a lot of reef fish. We went at a good pace, and our guide made sure that everyone stayed together. They provided wetsuits and snorkeling equipment for us to use. Night snorkeling is an experience like no other, and we would highly recommend this tour!
