Absolutely exceptional experience. Nico was an amazing guide and he ensured everyone had a great experience. My 5 year old daughter was well suported to snorkel and we felt extremely safe. The marine life was incredible. I would do this tour again.

Even though it rained we still had a fantastic day. Snorkelled with turtles, eagle rays, black tipped sharks and sting rays plus lots of reef fish. We then had a delicious meal of chicken, tuna and rice and fries for the meat eaters and salads for the vegetarians. Rum punch, juices and beers were plenty. The rays and sharks swam around our feet whilst we ate.

This was hands down the best experience we have had so far in this tropical paradise. Everything was absolutely amazing from beginning to end.
I was a little nervous about being in the open ocean, especially because I am a bit paranoid about sharks, but the guides were incredible. They made us feel completely safe, comfortable, and taken care of the entire time. We did see sharks, but because of the crew’s knowledge, calm energy, and professionalism, I was able to truly enjoy the experience instead of feeling afraid.
My 5 year old daughter felt so encouraged and safe that she decided she wanted to swim and snorkel too. That meant so much to us. They provided water, snorkeling gear, floating jackets, and everything we needed. My husband forgot his sandals and only had hiking boots, and the guide was so kind that he provided water shoes for him.
Johana, his wife, was amazing. Thank you, beautiful soul. She made me feel so welcome, almost like I was at home. Her two young kids played with my daughter, and even though they did not speak the same language, they had the most memorable time together. My daughter already wants to go back, and honestly, my husband and I do too.
A special thank you also to the mama cook. She provided delicious drinks and all the food we needed to get our energy back after so much swimming. We saw sharks, stingrays, turtles, and so many other beautiful sea creatures. The whole tour made us feel like royalty.
The information shared with us, the knowledge of the ocean, and the love this family has for what they do will always stay with us. I usually do not write reviews, but this experience was too amazing not to share.
The place is secluded, family-owned, and feels like heaven on earth. No crowds, no rushed feeling , just beauty, peace, kindness, and an unforgettable family experience.

Great experience!!! We saw turtles, young black tip sharks and stingrays that swim up to you during lunch time!!! So cool!!!! FYI Just so you know there are no washrooms on the boat, so limit your fluids before getting on boat but there is a bathroom at the lunch site! And the ferry has bathrooms as well!!!

One of the best tours we have been on. Snorkeling was amazing and we saw everything the guides told us we would see; sharks, stingrays, eagle rays, turtles, and spinner dolphins. Better yet, for most of it, it was only our group of 8. Johanna's motu was a lot of fun and the food was great. We would highly recommend this tour.

This was the best excursion we have ever done!! Johanna and her family were absolutely incredible!! I do not have one negative thing to say. Come on an empty stomach, the meal provided was the best food we had on our entire trip, made with love! The snorkeling was also the amazing, crystal clear blue waters completely surround you. You will see sharks and stingrays everywhere! They will swim around your feet as you an enjoying your meal in the water. We were lucky enough to see at least 6-7 sea turtles as well. You will feel right at home! I highly suggest booking this adventure! :)

I wish I could accurately put into words how AMAZING this tour was. We stopped here on a cruise. Tama, our tour guide was amazing! He was very funny, a great tour guide and a photographer 😂. The best part of the whole experience was the end, and getting to feed and hang out with the stingrays at lunch. Such an amazing day on this little island! Tama, our captain, and Nicola took us several places to swim and snorkel with stingrays, all kinds of fish, and black tip sharks. Tama also took us to a place where we followed him with the current and he showed us lots of sea turtles swimming with us and hanging out on the bottom. At lunch at the picnic tables we had our feet in the water and fish, stingrays, and black tip sharks swimming around us. It was just a small group of nine of us plus the crew. The water was so warm and clear. The entire day was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend this tour! Thank you to Tama for making it such a special day.

We booked this experience for a family of five and have to say it was the best trip. The host communicated with us as soon as we booked and arranged a pick up spot, as well as any dietary restrictions. The boat picked us up right from the dock and the next six hours were incredible. We made stops in a few different lagoons and learned all about the history of the island and the people. We then went snorkeling with sharks and stingrays. Our guide was amazing and took us to the best spots. Then we headed over to a private island where they prepared an amazing lunch for us. We were able to snorkel and swim with sharks and stingrays again in a much more intimate setting. After lunch we went swimming with turtles and even saw a group of eagle rays. It was a surreal experience. The day flew by so fast. If you have the opportunity to do this trip, you have to take it. The family is great and they took care of everything for us. It is a must-do experience.

Our guide Teva gave us history of the island and the people. Beautiful tour, saw so many sharks, rays and fish just in front of where we ate! We went to his home on the motu and met his sweet family who gave us a delicious meal, we were so full. Drank cocktails, relaxed in the water and on the beach, met new friends. Took us to 2 different spots to see turtles, more sharks and rays. Felt like a full day just hanging out with new friends. Amazing! Can't recommend enough!! Amazing Tour! Multiple snorkel stops, interacting with tons of sea life, and very scenic views of the island from the water! We met the owner at the beginning which was a great personal touch. She was very warm and friendly. Our guides, Yo and Michelle, were incredibly fun, knowledgeable, sweet, kind and informative. Maruru, Yo and Michelle! Wonderful stops for snorkeling, drifting amongst sea turtles, watching dolphins swim nearby. Tons of sharks and stingrays, mixed in with interesting fish! The cherry on top was the private islet lunch cooked for us and served at shaded picnic tables IN the water, amongst sharks, rays and fish! What a blast!

My wife and I visited Te Moana Tours in Mo'orea and can say it was the highlight of our trip to Tahiti. The morning of, we travelled from Papeete to Mo'orea on the Aremiti Ferry and made our way to the pick up destination in Cooks bay.
The tour guides Sham and Yo were amazing and gave us the most entertaining and interesting view of the Northern part of Mo'orea. The whole day they had us dying from laughter whilst giving us a rundown on the stories and legends of the Motu (island) and wildlife. The sightseeing was breathtaking and so beautiful in in of itself, with clear blue ocean waters and views of the mountains on the island.
At our first stop, we went snorkeling with black fin reef sharks and stingrays in crystal clear blue waters - the guides gave us advice on how to approach the animals and made sure we were given the opportunity to get close and interact with them safely. Such an amazing experience.
At our second stop, we went into deep waters where we went swimming with turtles and got to see a few turtles up close and under water.
At our last stop, we met Joanna and the rest of her team who greeted us with beautiful cold drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) - we chose to have some beautiful tahitian rhum punch. We also were served delicious bbq chicken, fresh sashimi, salad and bbq sauce for lunch - however - there were other options for non-meat eaters lol. All of this with stingrays, sharks and many other fish right at our feet lol.
Big shout out and Māuruuru to Joanna and her team, Yo and Sham for the amazing work yous do.. Lovely day and would recommend this to anyone visiting Tahiti or Mo'orea. PS You won't find better guides than these two 😂
