Don't bother. Just pay $12 at the gate and get the map. Inadvertently paid the money thinking that it included the entrance fee. Silly me.

I want to clarify that, as stated in our Viator listing, the tour only includes the self-guided audio tour and does not cover the entrance fee, which must be purchased separately. I've checked, and it appears that you've successfully used the provided password. My app works offline, allowing you to download the tour ahead of time. Our audio tours are valid for a whole year, providing you with ample time to utilize them. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out—I'm available daily from 9-6. If you'd prefer, I can assist with a replacement.

The app self driven tour was not at all used. We tried fir an hour to figure it out and finally just did the drive without the tour. What a bad experience

I send detailed email instructions along with a tutorial video for an easy setup, and it’s best to complete the setup beforehand to avoid last-minute issues. If you didn’t find the email, it might have landed in your spam folder. You can always contact me or my support team for assistance, a refund, or a replacement. The tour is valid for a year, so feel free to try it again!

The tour was nice. It gave a lot of interesting information. It all worked well other than a couple times when the next tidbit of information would start before the last one was finished. We weren’t driving very fast either. However, it was very easy to stop it and go back to finish the previous message. Other than that, it was a great tour. Well worth it in our opinion.

While we enjoyed the narrative and the map was very easy to follow, we did have issues getting everything to work with our rental car. Also, when you enter the park, make sure to go LEFT, not right like they tell you to do from the guard station. We enjoyed visiting Pebble Beach the most. Absolutely stunning!

I had a good experience with driving self tours somewhere else and so wanted to try it here. I don’t think this app is ready for that. It couldn’t load a starting location and would direct me to a phone number. Not happy. Though they were good about the refund.

I didn't use it, tried several times with provided password, kept rejecting me...at one point got something under other name...I just gave up on your service and went with out the audio tour...waisted time and money.
